Absolutely appalling. Dead fly was cooked into our pizza. I called and requested a remake in more sanitary conditions and was told by the manager that a. they can’t help the bugs because they need the back door open and b. corporate is aware of the bug issue. Great look for the company. Shocking and disgusting that they’re open if they can’t keep bugs out of their food and maintain basic food safety standards.

Not going to be ordering from this location ever again. I ordered my food at 7:30pm for delivery by the time 9pm came and I still had no pizza at my house I drove to the location to get my order and requested the delivery fee and tip back. No fault of the employees for all of this due to the management allowing 1 person to make all the food and 1 delivery driver. There shouldn’t be an option for delivery due to being short handed. Had I of known this I wouldn’t of even ordered delivery. They have a 50% off deal going on online only to have 1 employee working I can now see why no one wants to work there. What a shame … thankfully this one time my pizza actually HAD SAUCE ON IT .. but on the other side the girl making the food was a sweetheart and did a good job making my food !

After hearing about dominos for a while, my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try. We placed an order for a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, cheesy garlic bread, and the lava cakes for dessert. It was only about a 30 minute wait before our order was ready. The price was decent, but the food was not. The cheesy bread and lava cakes were good, but the pizza was pretty horrible. There are so many good places to get a pizza from in Buffalo, I don't know why anyone would choose here. Overall, I probably would not return.

My order included sauces and others that I paid for. Never received them when my order was delivered,and because roommate grabbed the order while I had to run back inside because the driver didn't have change, or enough change ($10), I didn't realize it until the driver was gone. After listening to irritating, repeating automated message for literally almost 20 mins, someone FINALLY picked up the phone. I'm surprised this location is able to stay in business when it takes almost 20mins for someone to pick up the phone, and most of the time you can't even get delivery service because they don't have drivers after 6pm. My food is cold now because I eat with the sauces, because I prefer it,and ordered and paid for it. Didn't even get the included icing for the cinnamon twists. Obviously, quality check wasn't completed. Customer's get the privilege of a 20min phone waiting time, order not correct and cold food after paying $10 in delivery fees on a $20 order. It's ridiculous to be charged 50%, on an order.. I absolutely should've went with Papa John's and I will NOT make the same mistake twice that's for sure! Also, the photo of the wait time was taken before writing this, so even though it says 15 or 16mins, I wrote this while still waiting for someone to answer.. Plus, I had called previously, hung up, called my son to see if he could go by domino's for me,and then called back which is this call in the photo.. RIDICULOUS! Edit: More than a drop of sauce on the pizza would've been nice, there's barely ANY sauce on my pizzas. Glad I finally got the marinara sauce so I can dip it. Never again ordering from dominos!!

Worst service I have even had. I ordered 4 pizzas. 2 came out of the oven and boxed up. The whole time I was in the store the girl was non stop on her phone. The last 2 pizzas come out of the oven, she then boxed them and placed on rack then when into the back room. The pizza maker shouted out her name to get the pizzas that were about ready to hit the floor. Still on the phone. In comes a delivery driver who asked, "May I help you." And low and behold says the girl on the phone, "Here's his order." I WILL NEVER WALK THROUGH THOSE DOORS AGAIN AND I'M SORRY I CAN'T GIVE IT NO STARS.......

They offer online ordering for delivery and wait an hour and 15 minutes to call and inform me there’s no delivery driver after my card was charged and refuse to give me a refund. Told me I charged my card not them. They refuse to give corporate information so I can contact them.

This location has made a HUGE improvement over the years. My husband and I had so many negative experiences in the past that we stopped ordering for almost a year, decided to give it another chance and I'm so glad w did! Placed a delivery order at 8:15 for a chicken bacon ranch pizza, pepperoni pizza, and a philly cheesesteak sandwich. Food arrived at 8:48 hot and was absolutely delicious!! Kudos to whoever is running the new castle dominos, keep up the great work, will definitely be ordering regularly again!!

I've been to this location several times and normally I just have an okay experience. Tonight I stopped in to pick up my online order and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The guy behind the counter was very personable and made this visit stand out compared to any time before. The girl who closed out my order was welcoming as well.

Will never visit this location…ordered online…went inside twice & no one ever greeted me or made eye contact…female working with food has long, burgundy hair EVERYWHERE & NEEDS a hairnet on…they didn’t apologize for the long wait, didn’t say thank you…poor or let’s say NO customer service experience…more I could say but I’ll leave it at this & just make my own pizza at home

Ordered a pizza on 1/22 the Special was a 5 toppings lrg pizza. My husband opened up the lg pizza and NO TOPPINGS! He asked if toppings could be put on and run back through pizza was doughy or have toppings to take was told NO! Then asked for refund was told NO! NEVER will order again! He hung up after taking my order and just told me special!! Ignorant service!

Walked in to pick up my order. The whole place was not very clean. manager had very little control of the three workers. Pans falling out of oven I waited 48 min. Plus the initial 20 for my order.. very filthy looking. Never ever again will I be back.

Ordered at 4:00pm got luke warm pizza at 5:30pm never again. This my second time getting almost cold pizza and delivery is almost two hours.

Going down hill quick! Horrible service today. Ordered through the app, it said 11-20min for in store pickup, I get there at 20 minutes, am told it’s not ready rudely by an employee. Another employee walks in and says “your prioritizing delivery right?” I’m annoyed already and 5 minutes later I ask how much longer and find out they haven’t even started my order yet! I ended up cancelling and headed to papa John’s down the street.

I ordered my pizza at 7:04pm using the Dominos application. At 7:09 the application notified me that the pizza was being prepared. I arrived at the store at 7:30. The application said 7:26 so I was 4 minutes late. Went inside the store to pick up my pizza and was told they had not started it yet. My suggestion is to buy from Seasons pizza. It's cheaper and it's ready when it's supposed to be ready.

Every time I order from this location for delivery, it sits and sits and the order never even gets made. I end up having to go to the location just to get a refund. And this has been an ongoing issue for years with this place. I try every 6 - 8 months, hoping it’ll change and nope. JUST THE WORST

Close to home and have ordered many times. Have never had a mess up or a mistake on my order. Will definitely order again.

The new management has completely turned this location around! Rich is fantastic to his employees as well as customers. I was greeted by Rich immediately as I walked in the door and given the royal treatment. Fantastic location and fantastic management.

Disturbingly bad, the only reason why this got a single star is because i had to give one to write this review. My friend and I ordered a pizza online and it was immediately canceled, we tried to call in, and they didn't pick up. We drove up to the store it was open and customers were inside along with staff. We would have walked In but I highly doubt we'd get served anything other then an attitude and poor service.

4 hours late! Over charged for online so called deal when you select a crust like it says you have to. Extremely disrespectful "manager" with pitiful excuses and poor grammar said "everybody in all da new castle ordering". Lack of hygiene. Board of health needs to shut it down permanently. Boycott forever.

I order online. First the website wouldn't allow me to make a delivery order if i didn’t order food that wasn’t under 25 dollars. Ive order from domino’s online before and this has never happened. I ordered my food around 8:45-8:55 and the website said that my order was being checked by 9:15 and I go a message saying that the Delivery driver was on his way some minutes before that. My Order Did Not Come To My House Until It Was Passed 10 … 10:21 to be exact. Domino’s is at the very most 13 mins away from my house. My food wasn’t fresh and my chicken still had some pink. It is not worth anyone’s money to order from this place at all if u want domino’s got somewhere else or choose a different spot.

Above & beyond, amazing service & pizza came out great!! This is by far my favorite location, the entire team is friendly and the atmosphere carries good vibes!
