I
placed
order
for
Valentine's
Day
almost
3
weeks
in
advanced
with
special
instructions
to
delivery
around
5pm.
The
only
reason
is
because
the
business
is
closed
prior
to
4pm.
On
the
day
of,
I
received
an
email
while
I
am
at
work
stating
that
the
order
failed
to
deliver
at
1PM.
I
called
on
my
lunch
break
and
spoke
to
an
employee.
He
stated
that
they
had
many
temporary
drivers
for
this
day
and
that
all
failed
orders
would
be
attempted
again.
He
assured
me
that
it
would
be
delivered,
so
I
payed
no
mind.
My
girlfriend
never
received
her
gift
basket.
She
was
disappointed
to
not
see
anything
from
me
for
this
special
day.
I
emailed
the
same
night
telling
them
about
my
experience.
I
called
the
store
the
following
day
and
let
them
know
that
my
order
was
never
received,
she
asked
for
my
order
number
looked
it
up.
Apparently
they
had
read
my
email
and
did
nothing.
She
knew
my
girlfriend
did
not
work
the
following
day
and
wanted
to
ship
to
her
home.
She
said
she
would
only
refund
shipping.
This
is
the
worst
customer
experience
i
have
ever
had.
I
asked
the
order
to
be
cancelled
and
my
money
refunded.
Now,
I
have
an
unhappy
girlfriend!!!!!!!!!
