It's the best gym in Delhi according to me. I just loved the workout environment and everything about the gym. Also the gym is run by Mr. India perfect body man Varun Verma from which i am inspired for fitness.

One of the best gyms ive come across so far in my entire gym career. Its very spacious and the equipments are of premium quality and user friendly which makes working out more easy. Also the ambience is fascinating with energetic tracks being played on loop and quite supportive trainers around who provide beneficial guidance thoughout the workout. And not to forget the beautiful crowd that comes to the gym who motivates to be regular at the routine :)

This place has such a nice and energetic environment even a legit person would workout with full of energy and enthusiasm. It has all the machines, crossfit area, spa in good condition. One should definitely give this gym a try. I bet you are gonna love this place.

Reshape is the best gym in Naraina Vihar I got to know about reshape through Instagram, however I knew Jay from previous gym I have taken personal training from him. I would totally recommend P.T. From him . Even the helpers are always willing to help especially Arman The gym has all the latest equipment and is always spotless However it is very difficult to find parking outside the gym Akshun Gupta

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. It's hard to find one in New Delhi,but if you aren't squatting you are doing it wrong.For that reason it's the only gym in New Delhi for me.
