Nice outlet of chaayos. Good staff behaviour.

Amazing tea, chole matar samosa and bun omlet was finger licking amazing.

Decent cafe, good quality chai, in-door seating and ambience is great. Ground floor and first floor. First floor is generally not so crowded and peaceful. Chaayos provides good quality Tea always. We ordered desi chai, with a number of ingredients as add on, like ginger, cardamon, saunf, etc on request which they added without any extra charge. The masala tea turned out to be really good. Even the quantity is decent. 😊

Chaayos is somewhat overrated. Its an ok place for a cuppa. But most of their food is very average. Their veg pakora (or whatever equivalent of it) was quite sad. Their tea offerings were good to start with but I feel they have stopped innovating. Their price points however continue to remain very attractive.

Sitting in prime location basant look market chaayos centre on the ground floor... Under this peak summer, AC not working n the staff says you can sit on the first floor! If you guys cannot mend AC in peak summer of Delhi, how you guys are running the show! May be the focus is only market cap size, EBIDTA, valuation n multiples! Wake up to the customer plight!

well sanitised, neat, clean and safe to eat, but don't fall for the product via just looking into menu pic , we had ordered kulhad chai, desi pani kum regular chai and navratra snack platter. Only the kulhad chai was nice rest were just totally waste of money, advertised pic of navratra snack platter and delivered one was like whyyyyyy😣 did i order this one( felt regretted) even the taste was not so good... we asked for desi chai with adrak, they delivered desi pani kum regular, same as advertised says 'just the way you like it' but actually 'opposite the way you like it', you can make it much better at home or other small chai seller sell a better one...even who take order forgot to generate a bill(i don't know it was mistake or intentionally, he didn't want to give a bill).... we had so much expectation because in first place we were about to go to barista but due to wrong choice we went to chaayos and ruined our moment and made it totally CHAOS in my mind after seeing advertised product and delivered one.

I love this place and its food and its chai!!! CHAAYOS IS LOVEEE<3They surely provide a relaxing chai time, make me wanna stop and take a breath and refocus. My go-to place. Also, my go-to zomato cafe, their in-cafe ambiance is just so peaceful, even the decor is calming to the soul. I've been coming here all my life and let me tell you, nothing has changed, their chai tastes the same-nostalgic and their vada paos are amazing(chefs kiss), still trying new things off their menu and oh, they do not disappoint. Happy ro recommend :) Also, I love their instant premix masala chai so much, great job chaayos, you surely know how to keep your customers happy :))).

Since November washroom is out of service for customers it is open for staff they lock it and use when they need and every time they say no water..since Nov no water at Chhayos look into it after repeated complaints also no improvement

The worst experience ever. Please do not visit Chaayos. They are a bunch of liars. Despite having ample staff, they ask you to take self service. Agreed ! But why charge service tax then ???????? Neither they provided the bill, while being asked the counter boy replied, we were about to give this. If everything is self service, then why take the service charge from the customers. The staff were busy in gossiping rather than serving the customers. The Palak crispy chaat was fried but was told to us that it would be toasted. Absolutely Ridiculous experience at Chaayos. WORST WORST WORST.

Wow. My 1st time at chaayos and probably won’t visit it again 1st I was ignored as the lady order taker and male one were into a slanging match … finally he decided to take my order and addresses me as Sir ( I’m a woman and sure look and dress like one ) Then I asked for an option minus milk and asked him if the lemon grass one was such .. he affirmed. When it came it was full of milk Ok they changed it to honey lemon ginger. Which was served cold … And all this while the lady carried on raving and ranting .. did not stop despite customers being there … terrible experience

I ordered vada pav and paneer Tikka roll The vada pav is average it gives taste like potato sandwich not like vada pav And the paneer Tikka roll tatse is same as mcpuff, only the difference is mcpuff is small and roll is a bit large. Food is tasty no doubt, but the items are giving different taste and not as per their name.

Unhelpful staff. Visited them to get tea at 11am on a Sunday, the manager Gaurav was not around so the staff on the counter Neelam couldn’t take our order for 10 minutes , post which they would start making the tea and food. Such bad SOPs, don’t know how this brand is surviving with pathetic standard of customer service - the manager is not around and the staff can’t take an order or is trained to take an order without him. Bad customer service and useless place. Suggest people to spend their money elsewhere and not go here

Today I have visit at Vasant vihar chaayos and had Desi chai and paneer tikka roll it was awesome one also service great one

Never deliver food on time, staff is arrogant refuse to listen. Have received burnt food with no help. Takes 45 mins to just prepare chai- every day experience. Worst chaayos experience

I had vada pav and dabeli It was a little too salty for my taste
