Every time I went to Hospital here had a positive experience. I am not sure why we have so many bad reviews here.probably they are more related to urgency based scenario.Ranging from gynecologist to medicine to orthopedics speciality ..in surgery all were able to solve the problem to the perfection.Dr.Girjesh rustagi Physician is so nice,and perfect in diagnosis.. Location is good, near by vaishali,indirapuram,lots of parking space...free,cleanliness upto mark,receptionist are well mannered, OT well equipped,modular OT,receptionist handle questions nicely.The only thing they can improve is the food department, which I believed is a problem that all hospitals deal with..

Its a pathetic hospital with no care for patients. The doctor is a only a businessman and do not give priority to patients. OPD waiting time is 5 to 6 hours. The doctor and nursing staff comes to hospital 1-2 hours late. Do not visit this hospital in case of emergency.

Hospital staff is very cooperative.for every now and then all investigations are made, which is very good. While taking patient's to the investigation, sister's take good care. Housekeeping is well and good. Overall care in Vasundhara hospital is excellent and I will refer this hospital to my friend's. The hospital canteen services are also so excellent, time to time service is good.

If there was a rating below than 1 they actually deserve this. World class charges at below par village level services. They are actually dealers,Who believe in property dealings. zero ethics. Before admitting your patient just have a visit to the rooms and your worst nightmare will come true

The doctor is good but the receptionist behavior is not good. He uses his own brain rather than asking permission from his supervisor. But sometimes in emergencies like covid cases you will not find a doctor easily.

It is a very normal hospital. Not such experienced and good doctors are there. Doctors are on average. There is some problem with payments for lab test. The lab is not directly belongs to hospital, they are third party. So they accept only cash. My question is, if it is not the part of hospital and not follow with hospital rules then why they are inside the hospital. Doctors commission is also involved in each lab test. But overall this hospital is as on average.

If you value for money and time, please don't visit this hospital. They will keep you waiting and will charge fees even if you go for reports review as their prescription is valid for 2 days only. I have recently started consulting Dr. Girjesh Rustagi for my 60 yrs. old father (paralyzed) and it took more then 3 hours to meet the doctor, as he is most of the time busy with other hospital work, no matter how many people are waiting. Today I visited the hospital with the reports only (not patient) and the hospital staff referred me to billing counter stating that your prescription got expired yesterday. I even told him that I don’t want to see the doctor you can take the report and get them reviewed. He clearly mentioned that without billing receipt the reports will not be reviewed. I feel sorry for my father whom i kept waiting for so many hours to see such a doctor. Humanity is completely missing from this hospital and their motive is to only make money.

Nice service and great helping staff. For baby birth this hospital is having all the facilities.👶 👨‍🍼 🚼 🍼 🤱 👶 👩‍🍼 🚼 🍼 They offer several packages 📦 🙄 for babies deliveries.

You could only go to Vasundhara hospital for one doctor who I suppose as good a human being as thoroughly competent doctor. He is Dr Girijesh Rastogi,always on the run, never lose temper, approachable as ever, geneuinly considerate to patients' need and last but not least always trying to save as much money he could in the treatment of his patients while giving best professional services. The worst of Vasundhara hospital is its lab being run by one Dr Vivek kapoor. Please never go there. He and his staff are extremely unprofessional and apathetic. A thoroughly useless guy this doctor is.

Very bad service father being a senior citizen made to sit for three hours. No service the staff even don't inform how much time patient have to wait. Staff making patients waiting for hours.

I first came to this hospital in 2012 due to severe dengue fever. Dr. Girjesh Rustogi gave a very good treatment. Fever reduced in 2 days only with medicine. Since then my family members & relatives have also been visited here. All times I got good results. That's why I refer my friends to the same hospital. Especially Dr. Girjesh Rustogi gives very good treatment He avoids unnecessary treatment and cost too.

Cheap and best hospital for a middle class family..

Chaos is at its peak in Vasundhara Hospital. All the staff are money hungry. ECG of Ladies is being done by untrained gents staff. The reception number will always be busy. None of the doctors/staff have the manners to talk. Everyone here uses "Lath mar languages". It is a very bad and poor system here.
