Absolutely disgraceful! The allocated room was full of bad rotting smells, mainly coming from the bathroom gutter. Even room freshener could not cure it. Provided linens looked age-old & unhygienic. The cost of room compared to quality is quite high. It's a 2 star quality room, not 4 stars They misguide visitors showing the location of the hotel next to the airport terminal, but it actually 4 km away. Beware! They force visirors to pay in advance before allocating room to secure their payment, so no refund can be issued against dispute. Absolute goons!

The hotel imposes an additional very high service charge/service tax, claiming it to be mandatory despite it not being legally required. There were no water bottles provided in the room, which was inconvenient. The curtains in the room were not sufficiently thick, causing disturbances from external lights at night. The hotel's location was dirty and unappealing. The body soap in the room was empty, indicating a lack of attention to basic amenities. Despite booking for two adults, they only provided one towel. The hotel claims to be 4-star, but it seemed to be lacking the expected standard of service. Overall, my experience at the hotel was disappointing and fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision when considering this accommodation.

Worst experience. Cheap behaviour of staff. No Value for coustomer nor the attitude is helpful. Worst experience in Hospitality line. I am a Traveller i booked looking at rating now realised how their own only rate and promote in all apps . Don't go on picture. Place would look ok but Hotel atmosphere is Negative. Good hotel and nearby Airport. Rooms were near and clean. Also spacious. Food that is served is also good. Overall a nice place to stay.

Absolutely a dump. Neighborhood is extremely poorly developed and hotel is horrible. No towels provided at the hotel . Extremely disappointed.

The hotel is really commendable. We booked a double bedroom which is really spacious, has air-conditioner and a T.V. With a small couch and a really clean, well maintained bathroom. They have also other facilities like free wifi, 24×7 taxi service to the airport which is only 10-15 minutes. Otherwise it's a nice experience.

It is good and budget hotel. Staff behave well. Best part it has parking for four wheeler . Food was good. They don't allow ed outside food. Quality of rooms is good as per the budget. It is really a honest review

Excellent hospitality. Well maintained rooms. Good service. The in house restaurant serves awesome food. The Receptionist Mr. Nishant and the other staff including the security were friendly and cooperative. It was a feel at home experience.....

Place is decent to crash if your flight is delayed, 4-5kms from T1 also the staff is understanding enough and could extend your check out by few hours only if theres no booking.

One word fro this hotel DISCUSTING. Seriously this hotel and staff are very DISCUSTING and not coperative. When I as called and ask for price they said cheap rate and once I visited the hotel they asked for more money. Also when I ask for receipt they denied. They are only taking advantage of your your situations. I will never visit this hotel again and not even suggest to anyone. Bas Service Bad Staff... I wish I could make rating in minus starts. Very disappointed ☹️

Not at all a happy stay. Avoid third floor rooms. It’s a terrace converted into a room with lot of make shift arrangements. Being a multi-storey hotel it doesn’t have an elevator. Also, water supply was an issue and had to call reception thrice before it was restored. Not a good stay.

Pros : 1. Big sized rooms 2. Neat rooms and bathroom 3. Effective AC 4. Parking available 5. Food was provided at 5AM also. Cons : 1. No lift 2. Forced to take 2 rooms as no extra mattress was provided, even though enough space was available.

One of my worst experience stayed in this hotel ....They don't have a proper restaurant and saying that the breakfast is complimentary but when its come real you don't find any food except alloo stuffed roti, pasta(don't think) bread, pickle, curd & tea add on no neat towel , please don't order coffee at this hotel...its hell. The highlight is they don't have permit room but you ask a beer they charge ₹500/- per beer ....This is not the place for some cool guest can stay. V.v.v.disappointed

I had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel de capital, New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. I would like to share about this hotel the environment is fabulous And rooms are good amenities with neat and clean the rooms are royal feel happy to stay like in the sky and excellent services with foods are variety of delicious and taste mouth watering and location is good environment feel happy and good satisfaction with customer services....

I wish there was a 0 rating option too! Worst hotel one can book nearby airport. There is no proper staff to cater you, no lift in the hotel, the kitchen is on the third floor and the restaurant is on floor 1st which makes it impossible to serve the food on time. The room doesn’t even have the basic kettle , no mini fridge and for any service you need , you call them for hours but they are not present. If you dont wanna waste your money then definitely dont go for it !! A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL!!

The staff was good. The reception charged me 600 extra as i was in hurry to catch morning flight. I took the bills and when i calculated they had charged 600 extra. Reception staff is bad

The hotel and the rooms were very good and the food quality was excellent. Breakfast Buffet spread was great. Staffs were well mannered. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here....

These people have the worst service and they are cheat.. Increase the room tariff over the night no any manners no safety.. And they misbehave with the customers. I don't prefer anyone to stay here they loot people here... Specially the manager there is a thug
