Most of the reviews are fake. Room is dirty and dusty, shower is broken, bedsheets haven't changed after previous guest. My linen smelled like sweaty worker. Walls are dirty. I had to stay because I had to find something during night in last minute and was crazy tired. But I woke up and moved immediately. They charge extra money for breakfast, after all smell in the room I decided to not have a risk and eat here. I don't recommend to stay in this hotel

The hotel was located in quite a dirty location. There’s not much to see in the area - roads all chaotic and dirty - not for a family. Then the hotel room itself, the duvet was brown and moldy. The bed sheets had hair and black markings on. The bathroom water was running weaker than a baby piss. There’s no working shower system. We had to shower with the bucket and even that the water was mucky with red soil remnants on the bottom of the bucket. We tried to restaurant for lunch as we were so hungry after our flight at 3pm. The service was slow, the food was super spicy even upon request to make the dal not spicy for the child. In the hotel room, they had left us for two nights a half used toilet paper roll and a single towel for three people. On the second night when I asked for a toilet paper and towel - I ended up calling the reception three times. On the fourth time I called them saying I don’t need anymore as I decided to use my daughter tiny towel - no apologies no excuse, the dropped the call saying nothing. So if you ask me if I felt welcome and comfortable in that space, my answer is no. The hotel review on google is fake, manipulated and really doesn’t represent the reality of the service they provide. Please be careful of this scam!

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, because of the convienient location , close to terminal 3. We have been welcomed by pleasant, very helpful host, but unfortunately we have been given room close to the reception which was way to close to all the noise. We could stay only for few hours as we needed to catch our plane early morning, so we hoped for few hours of sleep but it wasn't possible. The food prepared by the hotel restaurant, however, was absolutely delicious and very generously portioned. 4 stars guys! 👍

I recently stayed here with my family. The rooms were not clean at all. Staff is supportive but very slow in service. Comforters and bedsheets were not at all clean . Washroom was poor and taps were broken. We had breakfast here, which was worst. Not a single food items was made with hygiene or taste. The location of this hotel is not good. If you’re solo traveller I would not recommend this place. Even for families this is very far from airport and not worth it.

I stayed at this hotel for a night. Room was not at all cleaned, flush not working, no hot water in the tap, no towels were provided the only good thing was the food. Booked through MMT and had a very bad experience.

The bathroom was not clean and was crooked so the water ran towards the door and not the drain. Water was not even warm even enough for any showers in cold mornings. The staff is not helpful at all even if you complain about the cleanliness and other issues. We stayed there for 2 nights and they didn't clean the room at all or bring towels even though we asked for them 3 times. Good: the kitchen was good at least to accommodate as per our request for food. The food was quick and tastful as per our request. That was the only pleasant thing about our stay in this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have no other options available.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 days for a package tour by MakeMyTrip. This hotel is far away from the city and most of the visiting places in Delhi. This is a very busy location, poor infrastructure, no pavement to walk nearby. Very dusty and dirty area. Hotel rooms are ok, but not cleaned properly. Lots of mosquitos in the area. Don't keep your door open for a long time. Hotel stuff is good. Breakfast menu is decent.

I stayed one night. It’s a decent hotel for the price. It took me 30 mins to get to hotel from uber pickup at international airport. The room itself was good. The staff were also friendly. Food & room service were very decent. But the room cleanliness could be better

Overall a positive experience. New/Clean big rooms & Bathrooms. Good service. but its far from Delhi city. Nothing much to do around the hotel. you will have to travel 20+ km to get to Delhi city

I stayed with my family for two days in this hotel. The location is quite convenient as it is close to the airport as well as to the city. The staffs are quite welcoming and helpful. The room was all over, alright. The washroom was clean and had all amenities, including a hair dryer. The restaurant was really appreciable as the buffet in the morning was quite good and they served it quickly without much waiting.

The best Hotel to stay nearby airport. Only 15mins away. The service is very pleasant with kind people to always help with any requests and accommodations needs. Sandeep has been a delightful staff member with respectful hospitality. The management will strive to make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Tashree.

The staff at this hotel are very kind, and helpful. The location is good if you have to fly out, or had a late flight and need somewhere to stay for the night. This is exactly what we needed the room for and it was fit for purpose. For any longer stays I would say it is not suitable. I’m afraid the small details were not met. I had to ask for WiFi info, there were no towels in the room, and the shower was broken. The bathroom needs abit of TLC, it was not very clean and the shower was not good at all.

The Tashree hotels have fake reviews on popular travel websites. The rooms lack even the basic necessities and supplies. The sheets are stale and dirty. The properties are located on a very polluted street, and all hallways get full dose of pollution from outside. The rooms do not seal at all so they are also polluted. There are lots of mosquitoes in rooms and bathrooms. Basically, the entire business is a fraud.

Overall - I've seen few reviews like mins, it's what you pay is what you get. Cleanness can be improved a lot at baits levels, bed sheets, towels, bathroom in general. Also certain things basic maintenance also needs to be improved. Lift speakers need to be reduced in volume as guest cannot sleep if you constantly listen to the music. Not many amenities close by like restaurants etc although the food preparation in general was decent and can be opted for. Breakfast buffer which was part of the deal I chose is also good.
