I recently had the pleasure of dining at McDonald's in Connaught Place, Delhi, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Food of McDonalds is always amazing. I love their burgers. I have been eating them from my childhood. I still remember i used to cry in front of my parents for happy meal and it’s toy. I love their Mc Aloo tikki burger it’s the best burger i have ever eaten. Fries are also very amazing. You can also buy their veg value meal for just 99.

I was looking forward to trying India's take on McDonald's but I guess the outlet at CP was not the best introduction. The restaurant was small, dingy, sparse, dated and really rather sad-looking by international standards. The menu was also very limited. That said, in fairness, I must say our order was freshly prepared, fries were crisp and I rather liked the paneer wrap.

Situated next to metro's exit gate number 5 always crowded so you have to wait for the queue. Atmosphere though is great & food is as per their standards. Overall nice experience 💯

The food was standard but the atmosphere was great, There was seating available on the first floor as well as the ground floor if you are by yourself. But just a single issue that they don't give the food on your table which is common in McDonald's so if you are sitting on the first floor you have to carry food by yourself.

I visited this outlet few months ago. The staff was not at all courteous. It was crowded and packed. The place is very small and seating area is on the first floor. I had a flight to catch so asked one the staff if there is place available upstairs so I can sit and eat quickly, he said you have to go and check sir. It was least I could expect from them, is to tell me if there’s a table available or if it’s not I could just sit in my car and take away the food rather than standing and eating holding tray with one hand how uncomfortable and inconvenient it was. The AC wasn’t working properly may be because it was crowded and it was humid. I was sweating. I asked for extra paper napkins so they gave me 2. Why do the restaurants behave so cheap when asked for extra ketchup or paper napkins? Don’t they calculate the cost of these in their profit margins? One tray mat costs less than a rupee which is made of 70/80 GSM paper and food grade ink. The french fries cartons cost not more than ₹2. I have don’t the math. The amount they charge for burger, fries and a drink is anywhere between ₹250-300 approx. Least they can offer some extra tissues and sachets without having that sad look on their face. Or why don’t they charge us ₹10 extra & then give us as many sachets as we want and tissue paper napkins. 2 sachets for medium fries and a burger is less and without a ketchup it becomes difficult to digest because it becomes too dry. There is a reason we are asking for this, it’s not we have to open a shop of this. Also the cleanliness & upkeep of the place was very very bad. I really don’t know what managers and area managers do?

Didn't even take order. Waited in the line for 10 minutes and then refused to take order. I could see the ordering kiosk in front, still refused. Kept asking me to change queues. Not this queue not this queue. Kabhi ye pickup ki hai Kabhi vo pick up ki hai. Also behaved rudely.

I found this place very good for party with friends or alone they have meals option which contain one burger french fries cold drink that is sufficient for one person burger taste is good here as comparison to other brands you will find setting arrangements at first floor so take your meal go and sit and party with friends personally when I have to eat burgers+french fries and cold I go to this place and lastly don't forgot to order paneer puff which I find good here

There is a charging port but the staff is rude. She behaves rudely with me She said you are not allowed to charge your laptop. MacDonald has an expensive meal and also no good service other than other food outlets in Delhi as well in CP. Tried the vegetarian version of their mc maharaja burger. Have to say that it was a bit underwhelming to me since I was expecting it to be better because of the hype and the price of it. The regular burger tasted better to me than the mc maharaja. The large soft drink was served with ice cubes and it was a delightful treat amidst the scorching heat of Delhi!

Mcdonald has become a new landmark for paschim vihar. Food is good. Best suitable for kids and youngsters. New launch burger n wraps are good in taste. You all can use Mcdonald application for best deals and offer. A lot of money can be saved by offers. Use and n enjoys meals. Service is quite slow. They can't manage full house.

Very good place to try the vegetarian Mac menu! Very friendly staff and they always have exotic drinks like cola masala. Must try if you live fast food with a twist.

Few days back I went there and while I was going upstairs after taking my order I fell down and one of the boy staff ran and helped me even offered food to me without any extra charge for the damage, he was humble enough to ask me if I am fine and said he will provide the food upstairs once prepared.
