Wounderful place for kids to enjoy the weekend. There are many options for kids, and few are really tricky. We usually come here with my kid & he enjoys it thoroughly. He is very fond of playing video games here. There is a party room also where you can celebrate your kids' birthday or you can celebrate any other occasion for kids at a reasonable price. And after playing games we eat dinner at the food court which is just next to the fun city. It is inside the ambience mall so we can do shopping also, almost each & every brand is available here. Staff is also courteous and well behaved. Kudos to the team 👏

My 6 year old and 64 year old kid had a blast, they enjoyed.. though other options are available in the same place & nearby, still it has its own aura.

Fun City at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj has certainly improved their infrastructure and the staff hospitality. The new games have been added with faster ticketing through RF Cards. RF cards have the info of credits and how many tickets have one got. Going going. Loved the time spend here. If you have been here a couple of years before then you would certainly miss the bumping cars now.

Great place for kids of all ages. Many options for gaming, few are really tricky. My little one is always so excited about visiting the place. Even grown ups can enjoy with their buddies here. A recommendation to people of all age groups.

Celebrated birthday here. The party room they have is very bad. Air conditioner doesn't work.. I had a bad experience.. One of the malfunctioning AC threw dirt from the rotatory blades the AC was behind the cake and the dirt fell on it and other food items.. The AC stated making big noise.. The kids were horrified.. This was really horrible spoiling the party. I complained about this in their feedback but I don't know how do they treat feedback

Average place for games, they charges minimum 1000 to make card.. No amount refund options. Game are ok ok. Good things is you can win tickets as a points and your can reedem tickets from gifts items. Staff are good and supporting.

Outstanding place for kid's located in 3rd floor. There is a party room You can book your birthday party at cheep price. They will provide excellent guest services. 1hour playhouse too much osm specially for kids .

Good place to unwind with friends and kids alike. Good rides. Most games are well maintained. One monster truck race accelerator is broken, so it doesn't feel good. However, no small top-ups allowed if u want to have that last favourite ride! You have to spend atleast 1000 rupees for recharge and NO REFUND! (supposedly there is validity for 1 year!) But it is just a way to make us spend that's all. Other than that, good place to be..

They are cheater. I played their all pick and drop games and all pick machines are design in such way that robotic arm doesn't grip items (tadybear, football etc..) and you loose your money. I tried with all machines and griped item properly but machine didn't pick. I complaint to Manager but he said "play or go home"

Worst place ever. Attendant have zero interest in taking care of the kids. My daughter got hurt on her forhead and she was bleeding, the attendant not agreeing her mistake of no supervision. Incharge also just useless telling all i can do is give first aid or take her to hospital. Most useless, pathetic staff with zero care for kids and concern. Big boys also allowed with kids. Most pathetic and useless place. My daughter got a big, deep cut on her forehead due to their negligence. Very pathetic service.

Good and extensive options for 3years plus children. For less than 2 very limited options though it's a decent place. But charges are expensive for rides

Took my neice here on her birthday to funcity playzone in Delhi she had so much fun she didn't wanna go back home.

I visited this area on 20 Nov 2023 with my 2 Childers (3 yrs and 5 months)and my wife and felt the staff is very rude specially Rajni in play zone and they have special rule to discriminate male parents that no male parent is allowed in playzone when I asked the manager what is this policy he said that there was some ugly thing that happened in there store with girls but with this policy I felt little discriminated and sad as my boy wants to play with meh VERY RUDE STAFF please change your policy if any senior read this review u can install cctv camera instead of not allowing male parent
