The Park New Delhi has been working a lot on sustainable and organic foods in their restaurants. I have been very regular at Fire and their menu which is now almost 80% organic. They have been focusing a lot on seasonal and local produce. The effort which they have been putting is clearly showing in their menu. Now they have a new Executive Chef - Amit Wadhera and new Marcom Head - Ankita Dawar and on their invite we headed to Fire for lunch. I loved the watermelon orange and pomegranate as amuse-bouche with kombucha ( a naturally fermented probiotic). Great way to start your meal. Salad was fresh and the mustard dressing that gave it a tangy flavor was absolutely delicious. A specially designed thali came for us which had a lot of food. The nalli nihari and fresh sauteed vegetables were excellent. The gooseberry chutney was sweet and tangy. Multigrain bread was pleasantly delicious and I loved them with bheja fry which was perfectly cooked., Even though we ate a lot, I didn’t feel being stuffed! They have worked a lot and I was told that they have almost changed 60-70% of the menu. One of the finest breakfast I had in this place. Great small cool rooms. Good people with lovely stuff. But I’m looking for a partly place not sure how we can get them.

However, other than that, the staffs are very helpful and specially the breakfast was so great to eat. 😋The property is of course damn good and dinner at Indian accent was cherry on the top, specially if you went there for the first time.

One of the highlights is the 'Madurai Arasi Idlis' entwined around gunpowder, nestle beside desi cow ghee and inji chutney which is both decadent and sensory enhanced by excellent quality produce and stylish presentation. End on a sweet note with Meghalaya’s organic unpolished black sticky rice 'Kheer'…So good! Fire is the first Modern Indian restaurant in India.

It’s a very old property with a small rooms and specialy bathrooms are very bad …. I ll give this property a 3 star rating…🙃

One of the best North Indian Restaurant I have ever been to. I strongly recommend to visit atleast Once.

We went to the Fire Restaurant for a family dinner. Food was good, service was good, could have been a bit faster. Staff was courteous enough, ambience of the place was excellent with some music playing in the background. Quantity of the food was suited to two people per dish. No ty hing to complain and all in all an enjoyable evening at the Fire Restaurant.

Breakfast spread was very average considering the standard and reputation of the hotel. Highly disappointed with the poor quality of stuffed parathas in a place like Delhi.

I was impressed by their total focus on the guests that were dining. It was absolutely a top notch service and i ordered cold coffee with asian greens, portion size is perfect, food was delicious. Will visit again soon.

Food is amazing. If you're a vegetarian,then khajoor anjeer pulav and dal makhni are must for yiu. Garlic Naan is flavorsome here. If you talk about snacks, Gulnaar ki tikki and bhutte ka taco are mind blowing.
