Had a horrible experience, reached hotel at 11.30pm to only know that they can’t let me check in even though I had a confirmed booking. The place looks all shady and the staff is completely unprofessional. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Complete fraud.

The worst hotel and bad service from the hotel staff. When we went to check in they said our booking isn't done. Later when we insisted to check from their end, it was found that the booking was already done. Very bad maintenance of the room. Bed was too small to fit a 5.5' guy. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. The name of the hotel is different from what is shown in the booking app. Please check the photos before booking.

So the moment we checked in, the chaos started. It was already 23:15 or so when we reached and our rooms were booked through Agoda (Paid and Confirmed) However, after reaching the receptionist mentioned that our rooms were put on hold and they asked us to speak to the Agoda Customer Service, who we spoke to. They mentioned that the payment is done and confirmed negating everything that the receptionist said. The hotel has no fixed name. I stayed there for less than 12 hours, and here are the names I gathered: Lee Count, Hotel Krone, Hotel Cave, Le Moment. Full Shady Vibes. Moving on to the chaos, I was in extreme agitation already and couldn’t understand what to do. Hence, tried to make a way out by having a conversation with the receptionist. At around 00:24 PM, they finally agreed to give us a room. We went to the room which was damped and seemed to be in such a state for a very long period of time. Either way, the experience wasn’t good and I wouldn’t at all recommend this place especially if you are coming with your family.

The place does not have same name Krone Delhi but King Hotel or something. Room and equipment are lower quality than average but if it’s for a night stay for a next flight then it’s acceptable.

The hotel's name is different, don't know why? They say due to G20 summit and bla bla.. hotel is very old, rooms are spacious, no proper maintenance, my room TV cable disconnected and no one looked after it, don't expect top class hotel services here.

The bedding is a reservoir of bedbugs when you complain they replied "bed bugs are nature if you kill them you destroy nature, learn to live with them" after several requests, they changed rooms, another room also showed up with baby bedbugs (I have the photos and video evidence, which I showed to management, they are neutral. Overall the staff was fair, however, one of the attendants was very disrespectful. It was overall a horrible experience to stay there.

Worst place to stay. Poor facilities. They make you stay in Hotel Caves and not hotel Krone. Bathroom fitings were all broken, no water in flush. Dont go with the photos shown in the reviews, looks like all fake.A big NO for a family stay.

The building is run under multiple hotel names. The room and bathroom are not clean. The sheets are horrible and there is dust everywhere. The staff are shady, do not handover money to them to get something. I heard moaning noises all day long. The hotel is used by lovers for couple of hours and I have seen renting rooms for short stays all day. I had to move to another hotel as it was disgusting to even think what might have happened in my room.

Very very bad. Booked via oyo. The price was 1300 for 2 nights they canceled the booking when i arrived and asked for 1700. Highly disappointing dont book vert unethical. Rude staff. Worst experience ever.

Not a nice hotel, very basic, dark and shabby, the one towel we were provided with was stained. We booked this on the understanding they provided a free airport transfer- they dont. Area around the hotel is not nice.

stayed for couple of nights at newish property. rooms are mid sized. better to choose racecourse view which is truly awesome. buffet breakfast has decent spread. food quality and service is good. there is also happy hours at the bar. Thanks to hotel and staff

Stayed here for two days. It's a new property so not many reviews to judge before booking. But we took a chance and didn't regret at all. Being new, all the furniture and rooms are almost unused and have a good feel to it. Had initially booked for one day and after our experience rebooked it. Hot water available throughout the day (even though it's solar based - we had good hot shower late night after our trek) Breakfast is included and is amazing. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Perfect weekend getaway place Liked · The overall feel of the location is amazing, it’s located at the top of the a small mountain and the drive itself give you thrills. The rooms rather the mahals were great and stay and the overall comfort and welcoming nature of the staff made it much better.

New property with good offering. The room is perfect for a short stay especially for business visits. It is well stocked with high quality products. The staff is extremely helpful. Location is a few meters away from the main road and hence has a quiet peaceful atmosphere.

The owner literally took my phone and try to gave it a 5 star, dubious place, cockroaches, broken shower, I wouldn't have given it a one star had it not been for the owner who snatched my phone at the time of check out.

Not worth even the single star. I had booked and paid online through Agoda which they refused to acknowledge initially but got confirmed after a call to Agoda Customer Service. Room provided was basic but turned out to be cockroach and bedbug infested. We checked out after just a single night. Better to avoid if you want to spare yourself a bad experience.

There is no such hotel named Krone. They will take you to hotel caves or le mount or other. May be same owner runs multiple hotel. Therfore it took me 40 min just to understand where is the hotel. Avoid the rating in booking.com and prefer Google rating

This hotel name does not exist, this hotel is run under hotel CAVES. Dirty beddings, dirty blankets, dirty floor, dirty bathroom and when i called someone, i was told this is all we get and bedsheets they cant wash any better.i stayed here for 1 night with my family, my kids and no-one slept. My kids had itchy skin and rashers on there legs. We didn’t even bother to eat free breakfast.

Its a scam. Dont fall for it. We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. After reaching the location, we have been searching for the hotel for a long time. Finally saw the hotel only to find that the so called hotel is closed.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. From one side it was cheap and the room was kind of okay, the behavior of the receptionist was terrible. We ordered food from the restaurant of the same hotel and the food was horrible and very expensive. At the end of the day we also experienced food poisoning. Adding to it, we waited one and a half hour just for the food to arrive to our room .We also ordered two chai that they forgot to give to us and told us to pay for it. Never ever will i stay at this hotel again nor will I ever recommend it to someone

Very good Liked · Good hotel for purpose of transit through airport T3. This hotel is hardly at 10 min distance from T3 departure which is very much convenient for those who are travelling at midnight or early morning.

Stay was pleasant, the service was prompt, the room was tidy and clean, and the housekeeping crew was exceptional. The room and amenities were excellent.

The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient near the airport, and I was able to get the extra items I needed at the nearby shops. Also, the restaurant food was very good. There was a problem with the power outlet for the air conditioner, but the staff moved me to another room right away. I was grateful for this.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever been in my life. I booked a room in booking and I showed the guy in the resection my reservation. He told me that there’s no room left (and I booked before!) and he will take me to another hotel that they are working with. He said that it will be same room same price. I booked hotel 2days before and on arrival at 2AM eaely morning from IGI Airport, there was no person at Hotel. I tried calling the concerned hotel number, they denied my prepaid advanced booking without any valid reason and asked additional ₹3500 for rooms. I even then contacted MMT Customer service, though they tried to help, but the Hotel personnel even rejected their request. I had no other option but to search for another Hotels nearby at midnight. Worst experience ever. Would never recommend to any one.

Hotel krone..I booked 3 rooms in this hotel through online.When we reached hotel he give room . Rooms are terrible, unclean, bad smelling .the towel given in the room are not clean , matress of the bed are broken , when we complain about the bed the staffs are telling that no more rooms are available and also don't give a mosquito 🦟 liquid ,they said no mosquito liquid available in our hotel, after that we ordered dinner and waited 2 hours .. and food is terrible ...I have booked the room with complimentary breakfast but the breakfast was not ready at 9.30am, we move another hotel for breakfast .
