Wonderful place right behind Shivaji Metro Station. Very quiet. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread. Unfortunately, the extra charges for delayed checkout were disappointing despite the fact we booked a suite for 2 night. Otherwise, a pleasant stay overall. Thanks to the UDS team.

We stayed at this location for about 2 nights and 3 full days. You really cant go wrong w/ the location. Its located in what seems to be a very safe place. Very much walkable distance from CP. Though the breakfast was the same the couple of times we ate here but it was tasty and in abundance. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean Front desk was bad, not helpful, cold Bad location: 3 hours from airport to get there.

Nice cozy place to stay when in Central Delhi. The surrounding is quite while it is right in the Cannaught Place.

Location is the highlight for sure. Walking distance to Cannaught Place and Shivaji Stadium metro station which is on the Airport express line. Simple place. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice simple breakfast was also part of the room tarriff. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back

Good ambience

Don’t recommend staying here. They don’t have heaters in room, no toiletries and staff are very unhelpful.. Stayed for 2 nights with family and it was very sour experience

I was not completely sure about location and services of the hotel at the time of booking but Location is good...Shivaji stadium metro station is at walking distance. Food is also good. Staff is very helpful. Overall a great place to stay. If you are in Delhi for Visa interview and looking for a place to stay you can try this place.

Don't stay here. The receptionist and manager were rude and blatantly lied to us. We had a paid and confirmed reservation from Agoda, but they did not accept it and would would not call Agoda to confirm. They also refused to let us use their phone, forcing us to pay high roaming fees. After we were finally able to contact Agoda, they told us that the hotel had overbooked, but they had instead made it seem like the problem was ours. Terrible customer service. The only positive note is the bellboy was very kind.
