Good clothes with terrible customer service. I had an outfit made and they made a mistake sent me the wrong measurement outfit. The naraina store manager is iresponsible and never at the job site. I followed all hwr instructions to send back the package on my own expense and guess what 3 weeks its still with DHL because they would not provide the required documents. I have been following up non stop with no luck. Please dont waste your time. If you are ready to spend there are better designers with better support team and productteam. Then after months I get the blouse yet again with terrible fit and now again they are giving me the run around to fix it. I am spending 100's of dollars to ship it back and they have no regards. Never again!!!!

Good place. Good collection. Very good and train. Stop good hospitality but a parking problem is there. You will not find parking easily outside

The service was absolutely atrocious, staff was the least bit bothered and made us wait for over 2 hours for alterations and packing the outfits, after assuring it would only take 30 mins. We repeatedly mentioned if it would take more time we can come back tomorrow. After waiting two hours they were unable to locate all the pieces I had purchased, and one piece had still not been altered. There was not one helpful person, the store managers were particularly useless and did not help coordinate the issue despite me following up 3 times. No one even offered us beverages, or even an apology for the wait. Very disappointing service.

I traveled from Maharashtra to Delhi and bought 9 outfits in July 2023. The entire payment was done on the day of purchase, and delivery was supposed to be in first week of August. After I returned back to Maharashtra, i was informed that one of the outfits were not available and i was offered to choose another. I did not like any other so i asked them to refund the price and alteration charges for the said outfit. Now it is October 2023, i have visited the store to collect other outfits yet refund not done. Even after continuous follow up, the staff makes excuses and refund is not done. Even after visiting store, they have not returned money. Now they are refusing to return alteration charges. Horrible staff, no ethics or morals.. they ask for full payment but do not refund even when they are entirely at fault. The staff is very arrogant and ignore calls, cut off call without calling back

What a store! This was my first time visiting a designer store. I was welcomed with a warm smile. The designs are absolutely gorgeous! One can get their hands on some gorgeous party wear suits and dresses for occasions like hi-tea, get-togethers and something grand like a wedding. I was looking for some cotton-wear but to my surprise, cotton isn't that trendy in this place. But whatever was, me and my family ended up buying that!

It was love at first sight when I saw my wedding outfit online at Matsya — and took the plunge! I didn’t see it or try it on until after it was made, but I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out. Their stuff is stunning. The staff and Ravinder especially are lovely. Highly recommend!

I am their customer since 15 years now. They have amazing collection. Always leave this stores with big smile and happy face. I recommend this place to every woman. Exceptionally well customer service, I am being helped by Jennifer. Being in Canada, it was extremely difficult to shop for Indian clothing but she made it very easy and efficient for me. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
