I
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
2
days
end
of
November
for
a
family
function.
The
hotel
was
fully
booked
by
my
family
for
those
two
days.
I
was
underwhelmed
by
the
quality
of
service,
food,
and
overall
lack
of
hygiene.
Please
avoid
staying
here
if
you
are
particular
about
cleanliness
and
sanitised
washrooms.
One
of
the
room
had
a
leaking
roof
which
was
not
addressed
at
all.
Even
if
I
let
all
that
slide,
the
food
was
absymal.
It
was
either
served
cold
or
stale.
We
requested
numberous
times
for
this
to
be
rectified
but
to
no
avail.
On
addressing
all
these
issues,
I
was
met
with
the
reply,
"But
kisi
aur
ne
complaint
nahi
kia
hai
aapke
alawa".
This
was
one
of
the
most
disappointing
experiences
of
my
stay.
I
suggest
you
get
everything
in
writing,
down
to
your
menu
and
condition
of
food,
if
you
plan
on
booking
this
place.
