An internationally standardized lounge has made its debut in Delhi. While the food quality falls short, the live counter dosa stands out as a delightful exception. The overall service is exceptional, characterized by a friendly and helpful staff. It was an excellent experience, and one can only hope for an improvement in the food offerings soon.

One of the biggest and best nicest airport lounges I've been to (and I've been to a lot). Huge! With plenty of mixed seating, including a formal dining area. Enormous choice is food, with a central bar area. The food was cooked in front of you, with cold and hot choices. Make your own chaat station, however that was a bit soggy due to other guests not respecting cleanliness. The toilets were clean and well serviced, with friendly staff throughout. Not a long walk from the gates, however, do leave with plenty of time to ensure you're not late. 100% recommended.

Mostly customers were credit card users who got free access. The place has good options for buffet food, soft drinks, and hard drinks. Not sure about the price of visiting when someone visits without using free credit card entry.

This is located at delhi International airport both for domestic and international . Only passengers can access to these lounges the good part to access this lounge is that if you are holding a credit card of a bank then you are eligible for lounge access at the cost of 2/- as far as ambience is concerned this is really new and renovated property at the airport. if you talk about food but this is really good and offer you with a veg and non-veg both options. Along with this, they offers you snacks like papri chat etc. As far as food quality is concerned, this is supremo. Additionally they will give you an option of lounge seats where you can relax and read books. They offer you hard drinks, but that is chargeable in case of domestic and international flights it’s free The negative part is that if you want to charge your phone, the option is disabled and there is a long standing queues because they operate from one desk, however, they were having two desk results in long standing queue. Alternatively they can sync this option with digiyatra. If you’re travelling, either domestic or internationally, you must experience this lounge and enjoy your experience.

Good ambience and great food, Spacious .there are few live counters and many veg options.Being a vegetarian, I enjoyed everything on the menu. Staff are polite and service is really fast.They are taking additional steps in customer service by visiting tables and checking if we need anything else. Overall a great experience.

It's a good and one of the limited domestic lounges in T3 where you have complimentary entry based on eligibility. It's open 24 hours. The food is okay and the ambiance is also fine. There are two separate sections of this lounge which need to be accessed separately. One Can have a quick stop before flying.

Good lounge to visit before you take off. Good ambience. Decent variety of food. The service at bar was bit slow for non drinkers, because of too many drinkers. Overall great experience for card holders.

Despite the minor drawback, the overall experience is commendable, earning Encalm Lounge a rating of 4.6/5. The diverse beverage offerings, vegetarian menu variety, live sandwich counter, and comfortable seating contribute to a positive dining atmosphere at International Terminal 3.

Good place near to boarding gates and reserved for business class passengers. So there is no rush, no crowd. It’s an open space with soothing music, openness and nice atmosphere. The variety of food is great, the chef are professional service is fantastic and the is neat clean and well maintained

The lounge was crowded and there was a queue for getting inside. This was at 1230 in the afternoon on a weekend. The food was basic which included chat and pulao with dal, paneer and chicken. The dessert was cake and phirnee. There was a bar available within the lounge. There was ample seating for the patrons inside the lounge. The toilets were smelly and not well maintained.

This is my favourite lounge in T3 Terminal of Delhi. The lounge provides great food options in buffet system. I have tried their Chicken Keema, Couscous, Sabzi Meloni, Blueberry muffins etc. The dishes were all tasty. The staff is well-behaved. The lounge accepts a wide variety of credit cards and priority pass options. I take access of this lounge everytime I go home.

The lounge has only strict veg options, variety of stuff in main course, with less options in starters, the chat corner is good, the deserts were not that great but have a little variety of options to taste, the service staff was quick and helpful. It is a little compact so you may have waiting time.

It’s located on terminal 3 by Indira Gandhi international airport Delhi. I acceded it through lounge key, but many bank cards gives its access and hence it was very crowded. There was a big queue to get in and the access was 2 hours through local bank cards and 3 hours through lounge key. Plenty of food and drink options including chaat counter and salad counter. Their masala chai was very good.
