We
stayed
here
from
Nov
22nd,
2023
till
Nov
25th,
2023
(early
checkout).
The
worst
hotel
and
the
stay
experience
is
nightmarish.
The
toilets
don’t
have
the
basic
toiletries,
no
hot
water
from
the
geyser
(late
November
and
temperature
in
the
morning
was
around
16⁰
C).
The
bathroom
door
is
broken
and
one
using
cannot
lock
it
from
inside.
The
inhouse
restaurant
is
more
like
a
third
grade
mess
with
worst
quality
food.
The
staff
especially
the
front
office
loaded
with
manner
less
brutes
who
don’t
even
show
the
courtesy
to
even
lend
you
a
ear
when
approached
and
instead
ignore
you
completely
while
pretending
to
work
or
speak
on
the
phone.
Housekeeping
staff
are
again
‘a
very
special
breed’
Mayda
management
had
employed,
they
are
bullish
and
guests
are
afraid
to
speak
to
them
to
avoid
being
physically
handled
‘well
almost’,
their
body
language
is
such.
Calls
to
reception
to
request
or
highlights
a
issue
goes
unanswered
and
unattended.
We
had
to
go
down
personally
multiple
times
to
get
our
requests
attended
to
and
our
needs
fulfilled.
We
strongly
suggest,
totally
avoid
this
so
called
‘Hotel’.
This
is
not
written
with
any
prejudice,
check
the
pics
to
see
for
yourself.
BEST
PART
IS,
THE
ROOMS
ARE
NOT
CLEANED
EVERYDAY
NOR
ARE
THE
BEDS
DONE,
GUESTS
NEED
TO
SPECIFICALLY
INFORM
THE
FRONT
OFFICE
FAILING
WHICH,
YOU
WILL
FIND
YOUR
ROOMS
THE
WAY
YOU
LEAVE
THEM
WHEN
YOU
COME
BACK
AS
IT
HAPPENED
WITH
US.
Please
don’t
stay
in
this
Hotel
even
for
free
