    I recently joined the urbanic family and ordered a product claiming my first order offer. Now miraculously I got the text from urbanic that the product was out of stock. And when I checked the product was available in stock..! Now when I tried to reorder the product, my first order claim vanishes. At the outset, the product was not out of stock and my order was cancelled. Also, you yourself take away the coupon benefit stating it was one time benefit. And the worst part is they don't respond at all.

    I wish I could rate 0 or even in negative stars. Even their product Urbanic is extremely bad. They will not mention " out of stock" make you wait more than a month and then will get it cancelled and God know if the money will be refunded.

    I am unable to give 0 rating that’s why given 1 rating, it’s 100% authentic Fraud company, send wrong product charged more & now not refunding, I am going to file case in consumer court

    Deserves a negative rating as they don't have a customer helpline number and just a WhatsApp number with a bot not an actual person and then they take an eternity to answer your query also I ordered 2 tops from which one was not correct and when I applied for the return they started saying that the product we are applying for return is not sent by them. Don't waste your time buying from this site as they will just keep your money and will not return. NEVER BUY FROM URBANIC

    Very worst, I've ordered a product and received the wrong size and very poor quantity, I think this is the reasons why their products are non returnable

    I ordered at urbanic on 20th sep rupees 1538/- i also canceled my order at the same day ...till now i don't get my refunds bt urbanic said that the gave refund to the seller on 20th sep but this saller Maysquare Lifestyle they don't refund me till now .....this is unexpected....
