Now only the building remains fancy. The rooms inside are in their worst condition. Light doesn't work properly. There is no sign of cleanliness. The staff isn't interested in working at all. They don't even provide basic amenities like a towel. The couples finding a place to stay should never even think about going to this hotel. Beds are in bad condition. Overall worst stay of my life till now. If possible I would have given a negative rating.

Worst hotel ever, we have asked them to clean room for 3-4 times but they don’t even come to clean room, when asked about hot water for bathing, they say gyser is not working because it’s summer in Delhi like what is this behaviour, this hotel is the worst worst to live in, don’t book here, wastage of moeny and patience. The receptionist is so arrogant, when told them the query she was like I don’t care, the receptionist doesn’t have values and respect for customers. Really the worst hotel ever. There is no option for 0 start because this hotel doesn’t even worth of a 1 star. 😡😡😡

People are waiting here because the price online was 700 and they are charging 1100 extra saying the booking has been shifted to oyo without prior notification and we need to pay for them. Never ever come here. They are utterly rude and don't deserve to be in this industry. HORRIBLE

Cheap service and what rate in oyo will show they will ask double everytime because they will not check in from OYO then will take money ourselves and the lady sitting on the reception is very rude that she said you can call oyo we have no issues. Oyo is also not looking for this bcz oyo is getting much profit from this property. All of them are brothers sisters

I am not writing review this long just for fun so pay attention here. This hotel is fraud. All the reviews about asking extra money are true. Hotel JP tower and hotel Jageer palace both are same, they are just fooling people. They ask for extra money during check in. They cost 1700 for 1 room per night which is almost the double or triple of what is shown in oyo app. They say that oyo is showing partial payment, rules have changed from day 1 of this month.If you pay the amount shown is Oyo app then they do some trick then oyo will show more amount to pay. So don't fall for these tricks and Don't panic guys. I had talked to oyo they are very cooperative. Talk to them before check in If you face the same problem. If you pay them extra money in panic and checked in then before checking out call the same oyo number above and follow their instructions they will give you refund.
