Price is super expensive for the service provided. There is nothing luxurious in the hotel, as the name suggests. Person taking care of the breakfast was polite and welcoming. Breakfast offering was average, but taste was above satisfactory. Rooms are clean and are of small to modest size. Towels are excessively used and appear old by the looks. My biggest disappointment came when I opened the soap packaging to find human hairs on the soap. Made me realize that used soaps are repacked as-is, causing hygiene concerns. The only good thing about place is its walking distance from VFS/VAC. Overall, very average experience for the high price.

Understaffed property 2 person In 30 rooms working as security cum bellboy cum room-service plus they served morning breakfast for guests of 30 rooms. Breakfast was very poor compared to rates charged. The room size was decent but poorly maintained. I feel the property has a lot of scope for improvement. I had a strange experience, I had paid 50% of the bill amount in advance, asked for balance upon check-in I stayed for 3 days every morning, they asked for balance payment. Rohan was good he was 1 of the 2 people working as all in one The best part is the location & decent room size

Good location. Breakfast was very average, and services during breakfast was very poor. Only plus point is location and of course yiu an get good deal online / direct booking.

My friends and I arrived in the late evening at UDS Villa hotel without having a reservation. Nonetheless, they could provide us with 3 rooms, especially Mr. Ankit Sharma was very helpful. The staff was friendly and the place perfectly clean. Our stay at USD Villa hotel was a great experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The service was terrible, especially the receptionists who were both cunning and rude. We paid 12k for two rooms and were promised 2 extra hours for freshening up in the evening by a lady at the morning reception. However, when we arrived in the evening, they refused to honor this commitment and demanded an additional 5k for the two rooms. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the male receptionist in the evening seemed solely money-minded. The food served was of subpar quality and exorbitantly priced. I strongly advise against staying at this property. For the same budget, you can find much better 4-star hotels nearby. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a different place to stay. Again I strongly suggest don't stay this property.

This place is only surviving because of location otherwise there is nothing luxury, other than the price of luxury. The AC is very dated Diaken model. Does not cool enough and the staff does not even care The staff is very rude and not trained at all. Do not expect any professionalism from them. They would be as curt as you can think of Dare asking for extra hand towel, the ans would be clear NO. If you are expecting even little of courtesy, find some other place. If you have work in CP and not finding any other location go for it. The toiletries in the bath is very very ordinary. Even not so luxury guest houses keep branded stuff. If you have work in the VFS, take it, as it is close to it. Even you are expecting a good night sleep on the extra bed, forget it. Lights in the rooms, most of them are not functional They don't regularly clean their rooms, so advise is not to touch curtains. Truck load of dust will fall on you. The owner has given charge to the team and forgotten after it Nothing more to say. ....

This is located very centrally, next to Jantar Mantar, prominent market, and 2 metro stations. While the suite was good and spacious, the breakfast options are very less. Indoor catering is slow and options not that great. Overall this seems overpriced for the amenities provided.

Pro: - If you are planning to go to VFS (US visa biometrics), this is a good location to stay for a night or so. Shivaji Stadium metro station is just 10 mins walk from here - 15 mins walk to Connaught Place, Delhi - Lockers facility available in the room Cons: - Too much costly for the services offered - Shortage of helpers, receptionist helped us with Check-in, so all the services were painfully slow - Not many great option for lunch and Dinner - Breakfast is ok, but again not many good options - No hot water in Washrooms - Nearly ₹1800 extra if you opt for late check-out

Don't stay here. The receptionist and manager were rude and blatantly lied to us. We had a paid and confirmed reservation from Agoda, but they did not accept it and would would not call Agoda to confirm. They also refused to let us use their phone, forcing us to pay high roaming fees. After we were finally able to contact Agoda, they told us that the hotel had overbooked, but they had instead made it seem like the problem was ours. Terrible customer service. The only positive note is the bellboy was very kind.
