Worts experience ever . The hotel charged extra amount even after full payment during the booking . The receptionist behaviour was awful. Didn’t expect my reservation even after the OYO customer executive reached out to them.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNLICENSED FRAUD HOTEL. Firstly this so called hotel is no way neat as shown in the pictures. All pictures are fake. No cellular network here. Room telephone, TV, Toilet flush doesn't work, Used linens repeated, lazy service, they will just forget what was requested. Staff is rude, said to check-out when complaint and so I did.

Restaurant staff & owner both are very rude and unprofessional as well cheaters. They took extra amount against confirm and pre-paid booking. They harassed my guest and took extra cash. I just wanted to aware others to save from those cheaters.

Worst hotel and staff. Not safe for women. Reception people not good. Room cleanliness is not good and a lot of disturbance in hotel premises.

I have booked the room online and when I went there they said the room I booked was not available, but they can give higher tariff room. The guy who was in the reception was very rude as if they are doing favour to me. Never recommend to anybody

Don't book hotel by using OYO app, they never accept OYO rate and you need to pay their amount. Room are ok but lift was not working and some room locks not functional, they literally used other rooms key to open the room door. Location is near to IGI Airport

Worst ever experience. Booked hotel refused to give room and said that they have left OYO long back and do not have any booking in my name. No information regarding this was given by OYO. I have to take room at another hotel on cash payment basis. OYO gave no refund. I will never book again through OYO and have deleted the app.

The rooms were completely different from the photos. Disappointed. Literally 90% the photos that I saw on OYO for this room are fake.

I arrived to Delhi and I called them, telling them I was on the taxi on the way tot he hotel. They told me the hotel was closed, even I had a booking with them. I found myself at 2am in the middle of the coty without acommodation. Never book anything with them!

Don't book your room online through Oyo platform, at first they give offers and discount and when you go for check in,hotel charges more and give reasons that they don't accept the Oyo money , the offer you got because of Oyo money , Oyo platform don't give that money to hotel etc etc reasons. Because of their improper collaboration innocent public got scammed. My approx 1k money gone waste due to their scam. After talking to Oyo help centre the advisor told that the hotel is charging extra bills and he is going to drop that charges so I waited for 15 minutes but nothing happened, After that I booked another room.

On check in, reception staff told me to show the booking on my mobile. After that, she clicked some options, and amount was changed and they asked to scan n pay different & higher amount. On query, they told, on your booking amount OYO books rooms with hotel with approx 20-30% and customer needs to pay full & different amount. Later, spoke to OYO customer care, they make a conference call with hotel owner also.. Who told will check n reply within few hours. Even I called him. No positive response. Further, the rooms were very dirty. Linen was also not cleaned. No water in Taps. Washroom very bad. No power back.. Receptionist told as fuel has been ordered for genset but no positive seen. Very bad experience.. only thing it's near the main road. Owner & OYO should make sure the amenities mentioned on webpage should be there. The reception staff should not cheat customer by taking excess money.
