check
in,
reception
staff
told
me
to
show
the
booking
on
my
mobile.
After
that,
she
clicked
some
options,
and
amount
was
changed
and
they
asked
to
scan
n
pay
different
&
higher
amount.
On
query,
they
told,
on
your
booking
amount
OYO
books
rooms
with
hotel
with
approx
20-30%
and
customer
needs
to
pay
full
&
different
amount.
Later,
spoke
to
OYO
customer
care,
they
make
a
conference
call
with
hotel
owner
also..
Who
told
will
check
n
reply
within
few
hours.
Even
I
called
him.
No
positive
response.
Further,
the
rooms
were
very
dirty.
Linen
was
also
not
cleaned.
No
water
in
Taps.
Washroom
very
bad.
No
power
back..
Receptionist
told
as
fuel
has
been
ordered
for
genset
but
no
positive
seen.
Very
bad
experience..
only
thing
it's
near
the
main
road.
Owner
&
OYO
should
make
sure
the
amenities
mentioned
on
webpage
should
be
there.
The
reception
staff
should
not
cheat
customer
by
taking
excess
money.
