Air india have cancelled my and my wife's tickets and transferred@4148 to goibbo account, , goibbo mailed me that amount has been transferred in my gowallet,but since last six months i have not received, no response is given by company, only recorded version is send, no one picked up phone,takin gr efund from goibbo is impossible

Hello fraudsters, you cheat customers by not providing them proper service, don't refund their money & then close queries based on lies. Don't book with these guys, they are a fraud service, they put women safety at risk.

The worst money hungry people out there. Charged me 2805 for spice max seats but there was no option of spice max on the flight. When I called around 10 times there executive shubham after 1 hour on the phone told me they have checked with the airlines and would refund around 2000 rs to me after deducting 750 Rs for normal seat request but after 7 days received an email from go ibibo that the airlines have provided me spicmax on a flight which did not had that option and would not refund me. Instead of apologizing for there mistake they are arguing with me unnecessarily. Highly cheap customer service. I hope my 2000 would help goibibo survive in the market for SOMETIMES.SHAME ON YOU.

@goibibo Please do not book rooms with goibibo they take money and hotel rooms do not provide. Neither the room nor the money is received back. Very pathetic service very pathetic service

Cheater Company...one day I was booked tickets and I was read their Note. and Terms-Condition. The Note is write your Name as per Passport or Government ID. and I wrote name As per Aadhar Card but Name is Different in passport (in our country most of people have Name like ...in school LC (attached with...Kumar..)but other ID ...attached..Bhai)..so that I was wrote as per aadhar card...But it is not allowed in International travel but when I was booked ticket I don’t know and I was read all term-condition.but on website they were not mentioned about that. ...but my friend said me it not allowed on International airport after that i told them It was wrong on your website in terms-condition then they were changed their term-condition(Note: write Name as per passport for international travel)but they were not given my ticket amount. So ,never book on this website because they can change Their term-condition any time. and I suggest you go direct on airline website like air India/ Emirates. and book your tickets. you will got cheap tickets and they never cheat with you.
