The Kamani auditorium is one of the best places for cultural events. The auditorium has more than 600+ seating capacity. The lighting and sound system is well managed. It's very easy to reach the place by metro, bus or auto. I visited there for the Annual school function of my child.

Very nice and spacious auditorium. I have visited Kamani auditorium for various cultural programmes, latest being the Thumri Festival. It is quite spacious and the seats are comfortable. Also, it is located on the main road, so is easy to reach.

Have watched multiple plays at Kamani auditorium and the acoustics are very good. The seats are comfortable though very low. Washrooms are clean. There is paid parking available on the opposite side of the road @INR40 per hour which is steep. There is no place to sit and wait. You either stand outside the auditorium on the road as the gates open only 15 minutes before the show and inside also there is no seating available in the lobby/waiting area. There is no cafe downstairs. It seems they have one upstairs but not sure. There are usually some ice cream vendors standing outside but no other food options.

Kamani Auditorium, the most prestigious & one of the oldest theatre-halls in Delhi. This red sandstone building has been presenting some of the best musical, theatrical & dance performances since it came into being in 1971. It takes much pride in its state-of-the-art audio equipment & sound systems and has the capacity to seat more than 600 people at one time. The stage is overwhelming & gives out a feeling of grandeur which makes it ideal for ground-breaking performances that must be witnessed when in Delhi. They constantly believe in upgrading their technology corresponding to the advancements all over the world.

Pros: Location, decent parking space, nearby metro station, sound system and light system. Cons: Seats are pathetic and narrow with very less leg space. Biggest turn off is the security grill placed in balcony. The view from balcony is a huge dissatisfaction. You cannot see the stage properly and end up peeking up and down for good 2-3 hrs during the show spoiling your experience. The auditorium needs an urgent renovation for seats and remove the security grill or make at least starting three balcony rows un-operational.

The stage of renowned fame blessed by the spell binding performance of art maestros. Large and sumptuous hall, comfortable seating, good amenities. Also has a cafe on first floor. One of the best places in Delhi to experience the beauty of live dance, drama and music. Can catch an auto from Shivaji stadium or Rajeev Chowk metro. Located on Copernicus Marg.

The place is amazing but parking is a bit problematic... It's better to be before time!

Went to see Humare Ram. It was house full. The facilities and management require to be upgraded, especially entry exit and washrooms facility, which is very inadequate for the capacity. Loved the show especially in last half hour. Ashutiosh Rana was outstanding

We went to see Aakash Gupta's live stand-up comedy show. The auditorium was good with good lightings and sound. Only thing was the seats were a little compact in size and thus, uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience.

Very nice auditorium. Even from the back seats you can clearly view the stage. Every play love will enjoy this auditorium. And its quite easy to locate too. Got to watch Saurabh Shukla in the play 'Baraf'.

I have been here for quizzes and theatre performances. Despite being a sizable theatre, it gives the feeling of being intimate and cozy, even from the balconies. I saw Shekhar Suman perform here with Suchitra Krishnamoorthi in the Delhi Theatre Festival Season 4.

Kamani Auditorium is known to hold productions in Dance dramas, theater and Musical events. I saw two presentations recently by Kendra Dance Festival.. Karna and Shri Durga. It's centrally located near Mandi House Metro station. Great experience.
