The hotel was good at Indian standards: warm water, heating and the room was clean. There were some issues that we didn't expect from a 5 star hotel: air conditioning wasn't working on the first night, spare bed was adequate only after we demanded for a better one twice and at first we were told not to worry about airport drop-off but in the morning they told us that no car was available.

The staff was excellent. Very responsive as much as they are able. The restaurant buffet was good. The air conditioning never worked correctly and couldn’t get it fixed. If you arrive before check-in you aren’t allowed to access Internet. And when you get access it was not reliable. So plan accordingly. It was very easy access to and from the airport.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and the room service is also excellent. The hotel staff is extremely cooperative and polite. I’d like to mention Ms.Rakhi, she was helpful and was regularly checking up on us while we were having our breakfast and asking if we needed anything. My overall experience was great.

Very convenient location to the airport. Comparable to Western hotels but for a lower price. Coming from the USA I was worried that my family wouldn't have many food choices especially given a few people have sensitive stomachs. The breakfast was very comprehensive with food options for westerners (including eggs toast fresh waffles and pancakes) as well as traditional dishes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful especially Rakhi who was very attentive and checked on us frequently. I would 100% stay here again and recommend.

Food and the festive ambience was good, the presentation was nice. Chefs were interactive which was nice. Welcome drinks could be better, real juice instead of flavoured drinks. Room mirror should have a light on top, dressing and make up gets inconvenient
