Bad management, nothing working e. g. AC, no geyser, fan also not working, very poor response from hotel staff

Not a good Hotel. Charged extra amount without any reason. Cost of food is very high. Very poor hospitality. Clealiness was zero. Staff was not cooperative. Even for primary requirements like towels, napkins, bath soap were not provided. Should be avoided this hotel.

This is very old building. It is not maintained properly and no cleanliness is there. Doors are mostly broken. They have weird policies, too. You are provided with a half litre water bottle for your entire stay be it for 5 days or for 10 days. Owner is not helpful. He does not seem to a person of policy and can interpret any so called rule in his favor without applying mind. My only advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Such a worst service and rude behavior to the customers, those people take our money and didn't refund, when we ask they talk so rudely, such a rude peoples

I was travelling with my mother for business purpose and I booked the hotel from Agoda App. we were travelling since 15 hours and after reaching the hotel they denied to provide us the accomodation because they said it wasn't valid. I requested them to cooperate as my mother and I were only going to stay for an hour or two. The management staff and the owner Dev Kumar were SO rude and unprofessional. I had to pay 1500/- for two hours again, because my mother and I were so tired after travelling and we desperately wanted to rest. When the room was provided, it did not lock, the staff said that rooms automatically locks from outside but when we tried, we could easily open it so zero stars for safety as well. We asked for breakfast and they charged us for that as well eventually, when we were initially told by one of the members that it is complimentary. I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. I would never recommend it to anyone.

This is the a pathetic hotel just after money. The staff is unprofessional and seem to be thieves. They'll increase the price to a great extent. They try to act smart and They are so manipulative. They are so much into business that they don't even know how to talk to customers. So dramatic and unprofessional. Would highly suggest to ignore this hotel. It's a scary experience. Worst hotel ever.
