Very bad fitting with the broken piece and I need to follow them more than 20 times for the delivery as they send my product just 3 days before the wedding day. If you call them 2 times then only they will pick up your call. Very bad experience, I would rather tell you to select some other store.

They understand the sensitivity involved when a customer has come to buy wedding/related attires… In Kalki delhi I realized UNITY in team at the best manner… BEST OF LUCK TEAM and FUTURE CUSTOMERS who would visit reading this review!!! Not completely satisfied with my experience there. There was pretty long waiting which I understand keeping in mind the crowd. We had explained our budget to them but they seemed to ignore the aspects. The staff who helped me with trials was very polite and knowledgeable. But otherwise they were not really interested. All the kept pointing out was that your size is difficult and it would be a problem. If the size was Such a big issue they should have just refused from showing pieces. Even brands need to be body friendly. And they should know that a bride needs her wedding outfit to be perfect. I have made multiple purchases from other branches of Kalki during my brothers wedding. But was disheartened by the behaviours and ignorance here.

We have visited them twice and both times we have purchased multiple dresses because of their trendy designs, value for money prices & excellent customer service, especially by their salesperson Hari om! Definitely recommend them 10/10 for your bridal & non-bridal clothing!

Best clothes. Has a huge variety for women in all styles but men options are very less but good options. In the end you will like something but it's the price tag that poses an issue still there are more shops around to shop at. In all great place.

Kalki has a very good collection. Staff is very supportive and kind and always ready to help. I went for my wedding lehanga and Nidha mam helped to finalise the outfit. She is very professional and experienced.

Great experience, Neeraj provided all the details and helped try , decide the outfits very patiently. Great service and was able to finalize the outfit in first try which was great. Mens wear team is really helpful and professional.

Kalki has been a go to place for all of my bridal wears as well as trousseau shopping!! Must say the staff specifically Preeti, Ravi and Adnan had been soo polite and enthusiastic in helping me choose my dream outfit…Lovely collection, worth every penny and a great experience overall!! Highly recommended👍 A must visit place😊
