Multi brand store with good quality clothing. One can find huge range from ethnics to office wear for both men and women. I’ve purchased here so many times and have never been disappointed. I like brands nuon and LOV the most. The prices are also good. I recommend everyone to try this store out.

Dear CEO / owner of Westside , the staff at your South ex New Delhi branch is horrible . Date : 13/10/23 , time around 5:30 pm-6 pm , Me and my sister were carrying shopping and medicine bags from outside so requested the staff at billing counter to keep our bags behind the billing counter so we could shop peacefully but one particular staff was extremely rude, nonchalant and arrogant and said it’s not his responsibility and refused to help . We shop often at Westside and spend lakhs of rupees in one shopping but if your staff treat your customers this way then good luck on your sale . These are the same kind of people who never get promoted and keep changing jobs because they don’t want to serve the customer and are just plain lazy . These are the kind of staff that lead the downfall of big brands and companies. You lost a family of customers today . Good luck and rude guy if you are reading this , may you get fired and May your salary wherever you go remain the same or less for the next 10 yrs of your life .

Very near to the metro station, good mixture of fresh and sale collection, there's decent area for bike and car parking. No parking fee was charged from me for my motorcycle. Staff behaviour can be a little better (more polite).

Too pricy for clothes. Minimal change rooms for both males and females. Staff is arrogant. In changing rooms they don't allow parents to accompany kids for trying clothes. Mishappening in awaiting. To access washrooms one has to go to third floor whereas each floor should have a washroom.

westside south ex is one place where you can see exceptionally horrible salesmen. the staff is arrogant and rude. They will not allow you to try on shirts citing that "the shirts are expensive and cannot be folded back" ! At Van heusen, Park avenue, louis Philippe ,almost every place, shirts can be tried on and the salesmen fold it back again. this is the first time we r hearing this explanation! the staff,esp at mens section were hassling us to be quick with the trial room while we were getting clothes for our aged dad. It is not the first time we have seen this behaviour. we will definitely suggest people to think twice before visiting this outlet!

Very helpful staff. I came here from the Lajpat Nagar showroom where the staff weren't so helpful, even though it was early in the day. And even there, the women staff members are much more helpful. Do they get a different training?

Impressed by the variety available at this store.. They have a nice and wide collection of Men's, women's and Kids clothing and other fashion accessories. One of the most important features of the store is its own parking space in the basement which is really important in the crowd markets such as South Ex.
