Well, this was my first stay at any 'Radisson' brand hotel. I had huge expectations but they were vanished soon. The reception asks the guest to wait even when they don't know that the guest is new and had come for the check-in. To begin with, the electric kettle in the room was not working and the reception picked up a call after a long wait and said they will send somebody soon. However, no one turned-up! The iron kept in the cupboard was not working. Again no response! For dinner, the lady at the reception said you need to pay cash directly for room service! First of all why they think customer will not pay money, if he had booked a hotel of this class? Even the hotels in tier 2 cities, do include such bills in the invoice itself. Mosquitoes were hidden treasure one has to face if not used to. The capsule lift is an addition to the woe, it automatically goes up/down skipping the floor in between you want to go and works on the card. The one who has to catch a flight, may have to face this ordeal. Overall, the room is spacious and this is at par and in line with all other regular hotels in the country.

This hotel treats booked airline customers like a trash with no clue related to our departure times, facilities and costs that the airline should and has confirmed to cover. They ask your information dozens of times over the days and still can’t book a bloody cab for a <10 group at their promised times. In a similar situation, have everything in writing and be in contact with your airline to have your back. At least they have cute staff and food. Cheers to the restaurant workers.

Excellent place to have your family functions or business conferences etc. Location is good and so are the services too. Vallet parking available but its bit slow as we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get our car. Still recommended for all your functions etc..😊

I would like to narrate my experience with Radisson Blue Dwarka, New Delhi, India. I thought India is indeed growing in terms of Economy, Global Presence across the world and intolerance power against bad policy. - I booked Five Star Property considering the COVID times due to hygiene concerns however at Radisson Blue, Dwarka Hotel seems hygiene is not at all maintained or may be it is not there in their dictionary. - In such modern times still discrimination is prevailing practice at this Hotel. Different policies based on their looks and appearance. Such as, we came by Auto Rickshaw hence we were banned to take auto to the Hotel Main Gate though reasons were discrimination in nature. - Services are absolutely out of taste. They just take money in name of Five star rated property and provide services which are not at all acceptable as bear minimal service standards. I would not recommend to rent this property even if they provide better deals. Believe me you will heavily regret on your decision.

Good hotel. Only two things to improve - One, room heating system did not work at required levels, tried setting it multiple times to 25-26 degree, but it remained below 22.5. Could not find a solution to it. Two - it lacks variation in dishes at its restaurant. If you are staying for 3-4 days, you will get bored with the same dishes being served daily (specially Paneer dishes) or alternative days. Soups - sometimes, they repeat the morning soup in the evening. So, may be, you need to keep options to eat out.

As thought the Radisson has maintained the standard... Room was good. They have the glass partition at the reception as a covid protocol. It is good. Radisson Blu - Decorations, Atmosphere, Interior, Facilities, Services are very good. Room are little bit smaller than expected. Bathroom door didn't get locked, Shower 🚿 room water got stuck all over the place main hole for water supply was jam and it takes time to drain water 💦. Breakfast is good, have alot of different varieties of food you can get. In bakery you have home made bread 🍞🥖 🥯 🧁. I stayed 2 nights in Radisson Blu and it was wonderful and memorable experience. Hotel infrastructure was very good. I loved each and every bit of stay. Staff was courteous great hospitality and very prompt. Food was good. Room and washroom was neat and clean. All in all an amazing stay with lots of good memories. Property is at walkable distance from Metro station Dwarka sector 13. Staff was very respectful.

Location is ideal for airport, schools and hospitals. Reception staff was very courteous. Dining experience was great with three meals. Restaurant had choices for healthy breakfast and also a variety of North & south Indian preferences. Health spa was great and staff were very mindful of guest:s requirements. The central atrium and the first floor balcony are ideal for relaxing after checking out and before departure. There are good shopping areas in the ground floor. Swimming pool was closed though thus depriving one of a dip.

We had a lovely and sumptuous dinner buffet at Radisson blue on 15 February. The place is quiet and staff is very courteous. They go out of their way to provide a wonderful customer experience. A very nice place to celebrate special occasions with your loved ones.

I’d visited this chic hotel, situated in Dwarka, New Delhi, in January. It’s ambiance is very beautiful, have cool coffee shop Atrium with beautiful view, multi cuisine restaurant Rice and one more restaurant, a shopping mall, a wellness spa with an outdoor pool. We stayed for two weeks while completing our adopting in India. This hotel provided for our every need and helped out in the room and dining room with the little one as well. The rooms were very clean and room service was fast and good as well. The reception staff was always very friendly and helpful. Don't be fooled by the 5 stars. This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The rooms need thorough vacuuming and shower curtain has to change becos of mold and rust. The furniture looks worn out and carpets need thorough vacuuming. The room fridge does not work. I would rate this hotel at the very best 2 star, a struggling 2 star. A building that desperately needs an upgrade

Rooms are good. Clean, neat and comfortable. Hotel Ambience is also good. When ii was here, die to Covid19 restrictions some of the services were not available like Spa, Pool and few others. We had one dinner buffet here. Food was not good at all. Not many varieties, misplaced items and their name plates which created lot of confusions. Me being a vegetarian, I had served myself a non-vegetarian dish because name plate had different name suggesting it was veg dish. Service was actually pathetic I should say. If any item was getting over, they used to take 10-12 minutes to refill. Table and plates clearing was taking happening very lately only after we demand 2-3 times. They didn't provide us food table cloths. Totally, for their rate, quality, quantity, taste and service not upto the mark. I would suggest, you can stay here. And have food outside if they do not improve themselves. Breakfast was Ok'ish.

Hotel is in a good location not too far from airport. Staff really helpful, professional and friendly. Restaurant and breakfast super good. Recommendations: Air freshener spray in lobby and common areas was too much, gave headaches. Also, you could really see the old glamour of the hotel in general but the shine fades away. I can’t understand why the rich people sitting on top of these chains don’t invest money to keep up the standard they used to be known for.

We were here for a 3 day residential workshop. The facilities at this hotel are superb. The staff is too supportive. Food was good in taste and had a lot of variety .

Worst service at the time of check in ... as the duty manager doesn't know which is double and twin room type. It took more than an hour to know all the room type was twin. As we have already sent the rooming list with rooming type of double / twin and triple but they have allocated all room to twin room only and being a 5 star property they have added extra mattress not even extra bed. The reception staff was cool they didn't have care about the rooming type they were just busy scanning the passport. Being a chain 5 star property i didn't expect such an irresponsible management.

Very slow service. This is first hotel i saw where no one even bothered to show us our room. We carried our own baggage at check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner was average. Hotel needs lot of maintenance. Room AC was not working well. Overall an average experience for such expensive hotel.

first thing I would like to ask Radisson hotels is why are persons coming on bike to Radisson are not treated equally to the persons who come by car? so disgusting discrimination policy that I have never seen at any hotel so far in my lifetime. This one reason I have decided not to pick Radisson ever as stay option. secondly the rooms are just average than expected where bathroom door lock doesn't work with also poor lighting in the room. the last and final part is the most disgusting part is that response from the reception desk is worst and so frustrating. when placed a request they never respond or cared to bother atleast and they literally made me wait for 1 and half hour in the room . The duty manager is for name sake only he never picks the phone and the Lady who introduced herself as duty manager at the time of check out though after expressing our problem her reaction was so insane and she dint bother to listen also. when asked for luggage pick up from the room they just dropped a trolley at the room door and left it means customers has to bring their luggage down themselves and we did that also which made us felt so embarrassed and akward. final conclusion is that Radisson Blu Dwaraka sector 13 , you guys have given me the worst stay experience ever. P.S : the security guard have more sense than the entire staff in the hotel. I think duty manager should be at security point and the security guard should in manager position.

May 2023 Me and my wife have travelled a lot in life. We were here for a couple of days. One of the thing we have mostly enjoyed is the courteous, friendly and hostilities of the staffs. Their warmth and kindness towards everyone. Without forgetting the best breakfast buffet we have ever experienced. Well prepared, decoration, selections and presentation. These are some of the names and high quality of services and staffs (Sidheshwar, Keshav, Nitesh, Shubham, Biru, Akhil, Abhishek and special thanks to Mr. Anil). We will highly recommend anyone to experience this place. We will definitely, come back again.

Rooms - Okay as per 4* Hotel. Big with all necessary amenities. However, furniture is turning a bit old. Room view - One type of room is road facing. Another type of view is facing inside the hotel where u can see other Hotel rooms. This is a circular hotel. Quite big with pantaloons, Croma, Max and many other stores attached to it. This is a UG + 8 floor hotel. 1st floor has cafeteria/ restaurant / smash bowling & bar. 2nd floor has banquets. 4th floor has swimming pool. Pool timing is 8 to 8, which I don't like. I need to start early. Outside u can easily get auto for Rs. 50 for Vegas mall. The airport is 1/2 hour away, any terminal.

Food was reasonably priced and equally delicious. and it's just next to where I work.will suggest this hotel to others, and I plan to return soon.

The hotel is well managed and the staff is very professional and helpful. They have decent options as regards selecting a venue for holding an event is concerned. I had my daughter's first birthday function at the Terrace Lounge and the hotel staff did assist me well as far as customisations or other requirements are concerned. However, the only negative was the decorator that was recommended to me by the hotel staff. The decorator did a very unsatisfactory job and did not do the arrangements as per the terms agreed upon. Overall, the hotel is nice and your events would try out to be memorable but just be careful of the third party vendors the staff recommends you!!

I stayed here for eight days and found everything very perfect. From the reception- Jyoti Surya supported me very well through out the stay. Housekeeping staff-Geeta and Gym trainer are also very helpful and dedicated to their work. Food quality is really awesome. Overall staff is very humble and soft-spoken.

How is it that one can check-in only at 3pm? This is the first time I am hearing of such absurd check-in timings for any hotel (and I have traveled & checked into quite a number)! Usually, people get into city in mornings, check-in by 11-12pm & get going with their work. Who in the world checks at evening??? What logic is that? While maintaining the standard check-out time of 11am! Perplexed! P.s: Please don't blame COVID or shadow inflation for such unbelievable policies!

Really nice ambience. Fine rooms with all the standard amenities in a 5 Star hotel but hair dryer was missing and wasn't available in any room. They upgraded my booked rooms to suites. I got the rooms at unbelievable low price that you pay for any 3 star hotel. Would highly recommend. I was asked to provide IDs for all the 5 guests better carry IDs for everyone in the group.

We expected a lot like other Radisson properties. But this is the worst experince we had with Radisson group. They mentioned that it is a hygenic but there is no hygenic at all. The rooms and toilet worst ever i used boutique hotels are better than this, broken floors, since yesterday night i had seen a mask and nails on lounge i will try to update the photo. The hotel is situated in Dwarka, very good property and I felt it better than ITC welcome. The rooms and services are top notch. Menu is costly but that's what we can expect from such a property. The staff is courteous and have a little mall adjacent to the ground floor which you can access from the reception area.

It's always a pleasure to be back to a familiar place after a long time. Radisson Blu at Dwarka has been one of my long time favourite💥 for it's ease of checking in as well as it's extremely well maintained rooms. Their services, be it in room or at their buffet breakfast, has always been quick and courteous.😊 Their coffee shop on the first floor is a great place to catch up with friends as much as conduct a business meeting.

Rooms were clean but the service was very slow. The kettle was not working. The front desk people at reception were not picking up the call. We need to go to reception and tell them to send water bottles in our room. The pool was closed and the playing area was still under construction . A person can get better service and rooms at much affordable rates. They are just charging for being 5 star, but they are not providing 5 star quality experience.

During lockdown i stayed in this hotel. That time tariff was good but services was not prompt. Ac was not working and at last i had to change my hotel. Bf buffet was average and staff was courteous.

I stayed here for 3 days and came here reading the google ratings but if you are an international guest and expect the 5 star standards like other western countries forget about it..this is not the one. the bathroom stinks and leaks , they changed me 2 rooms at 6th floor where the issue persists , the HVAC will not work and panel is just for show, in room dining has only Indian food options and u can't have any other options even pizza , my bad I landed up at weekend on curfew time or else would have left the very first day. If ambiance make people to give 5 star 🌟 then I am not for it ( even it's an outdated one)., only positive side is employees are really good and courteous.

I stayed here in suite and it is good. But it will give you corporate hotel experience and that is good but for vacation check for other options.

Well haven't we heard about Radisson. This one comes with one of the best hospitality and food when it comes to it. Rooms are just great, comfy beds, great view and best for Netflix and chill.

The customer care is out of thus world. Then there is this gentleman, Manish, the concierge, what a lovely man he is. The ambience is excellent and I strongly and warmly recommend this hotel.

The management of the hotel is quite good. I also love the meal here. On the other hand the room are pretty good
