DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I made an online purchase but the quality of material and design was just too cheap. I requested for a return and Kamlesh - who was responding to my emails just straight up told me that designer has rejected the return request. Like what the hell! They expect you to keep the product even if you don’t like it and just don’t follow their own return policies. I am definitely never going back to purchase anything from this store, instead I would rather go to other highly reputed brands like Raw Mango etc, which atleast make sure there stuff never compromises quality.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Pernia's Pop Up Shop. While trying to place an order on their website, which is admittedly difficult to navigate and led to some frustration that quickly turned to appreciation when Atishka, one of their customer service representatives, stepped in to assist me. Atishka went above and beyond to ensure my order was completed smoothly. Not only did she patiently guide me through the website, but she also reminded me that I had some credit left on my account to use, which I had completely forgotten about. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to Atishka's outstanding assistance, I was able to complete my order.

The only Pernia I would recommend in the whole of Delhi especially. The staff is nice, warm, helpful and respectful. Though the collection is very limited here but you can go and try outfits in the other Pernia and then place the order under the guy named Aryan who sits in the DLF Emporio Pernia. Aryan has been really helpful and also made few products available to me before time. They stay on their words and time for delivering the products. Would only and only recommend this Pernia in delhi. In other Pernia, the staff is awful. This is the best Pernia store.

I recently engaged in a chat on whatsapp through Pernia's Pop Shop website, drawn in by the promise of the "chat for best price" feature. However, my experience took a turn for the worse. After my conversation, I noticed an unjustified price increase and the removal of the discount on a product, despite the ongoing sale across the entire website. While Pernia's Pop Shop boasts a collection of premium designers, my buying experience left much to be desired. Despite the option for price matching, the employment of seemingly deceptive tactics and false marketing has cast a shadow on my perception of the service. I had hoped for a transparent and customer-centric experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Disappointed and slow service.

Aryan at Pernia pop-up saved our wedding, literally! We had exactly 13 days to get our wedding outfits and Aryan helped my fiancé find her dream lenghas for wedding and Sangeet in a matter of hours. And the very next day, going an extra mile, he was able to find the exact same sherwani set from the same designer, which was sold out everywhere online. Pernia’s team fast tracked the alterations due to the urgency and Aryan was also available to answer our calls any day even after we completed our purchase. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful, respectful and professional.

Mohna was the most amazing person we met during our travel to India. While it being our first time in New Delhi, she made all of the wedding shopping for my entire family extremely seamless. She moved around to different locations that were most convenient for us and also shopped around for accessories for the entire family. Although our trip was short, Mohna continued to stay in touch with us for the next 6-8 months making sure everything arrived properly and helped us navigate any additional needs. I’m so happy to have met Mohna and I couldn’t recommend her any more. She was the best client relations rep ever!

I will not recommend shopping from Pernia Emporio. They did not deliver my outfit( Designer- Minaxi Dadoo) on time. And later after multiple trials my outfit was not properly done. I place the order in February 2023, and now its January 2024, still they are not able to do proper alteration of the suit. When i asked for a refund or exchange,they have denied. Rude staff, Poor service. Did not expect this from a brand like Pernia.
