The
plan
was
not
impromptu,
but
me
joining
in
that
plan
was
.
So
the
bookings
were
already
done
for
a
particular
time
slot.
If
you
want
to
watch
the
qavalli
performances
then
that’s
post
10pm
.
Before
that
there’s
a
time
slot
of
6:30
to
9:30
for
dinner.
And
the
boys
had
no
interest
in
qavalli
so
it
was
an
early
dinner
for
us.
I’M
sure
during
the
performances
the
vibe
would
be
completely
different,
but
when
we
entered
at
7:00
,
it
was
very
gloomy.
The
lights
are
so
dim,
had
to
turn
on
our
phone
flash
lights
to
read
the
menu😬😬
even
the
food
was
not
visible
clearly.
Had
to
look
at
my
pictures
to
have
a
clearer
view
😆
Initially
the
service
was
also
a
bit
slow.
Which
i
suppose
was
due
to
unavailability
of
Indri,
that
the
boys
had
ordered.
It
took
them
some
time
to
arrange
for
it.
About
the
food
We
had
quite
a
few
of
their
appetisers.
Starting
from
the
Dhungaari
Murgh
tandoori
(
well
cooked
,
juicy
tandoori
chicken.)
Peshwari
chapli
kabab
(
amongst
all
the
kababs
,
these
very
my
least
liked.
I
dont
know
if
they
are
supposed
to
be
like
tht.
Unlike
all
the
other
kababs
,
this
had
a
comparatively
harder
surface,
and
was
not
juicy
at
all.
Ashkauri
chapein-
these
are
delicious
mutton
chops
,
very
well
prepared,
flavourful,
subtle
balanced
spices
and
my
favourite
from
all
the
appetisers
that
we
ordered
(This
was
a
chef
special
dish
,
it
also
mentioned
that
it
was
Specially
curated
for
the
princess
of
patiala)
Gosht
roghani
seekh
-
these
were
delicious
and
juicy
.
Loved
them
comes
second
to
the
mutton
chops
In
the
mains
we
had
Shikaar
ka
gosht
and
one
chicken
dish(
forgot
the
name)
with
butter
naan
Frankly
speaking
i
could
not
relish
the
main
course
because
i
was
so
full
already.
I
enjoyed
the
food
with
‘
Banarasi’
which
was
recommended
to
me
by
our
attendant.
This
is
a
Pan
infused
tequila
with
hints
of
eucalyptus
and
fennel.
It
was
very
refreshing
and
well
balanced
flavours.
Loved
this
cocktail.
