Please read the review and upvote so other can be warned ***editing my 5 star review done by the crooks sitting in the reception.*** These crooks scammed me by taking away my phone and reviewing themself 5 stars (felt betrayed, and I spent almost 40 minutes to reset all my accounts). I instantly knew who was checking in as they scammed everyone by making a review as they were checking in. They would ask your phone to check the booking number and make you busy to enter details in a register. They will try to distract you and stall you until they do the review. You can see the reviews of guests and can hear them checking in from your room itself. Everything felt sketchy, nothing looked like the pictures shared by the owner. Towels and bed sheets had dirt marks on them. Hair and bloodstains on the bedsheets. Staff was nice and helped us change into 4 rooms until we found an acceptable room without the potent smell of mould and naphthalene. The location was scary and even being Indian; I felt unsafe in this area. My wife didn't even take a shower as she was scared of the dirt and mouldy bathroom floor. I don't even know why this hotel is allwoed to operate and is being allowed to scam people. It's definitely giving a bad image to us Indians around the world

During my search for a convenient place to stay near Delhi Airport, I came across Hotel Decent Suites online and decided to book a stay there based on their online presence. Unfortunately, my actual experience fell short of my expectations, leaving me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Here's why: Misleading Online Marketing: The photos and descriptions online painted a much better picture than reality. The rooms were smaller and more basic than portrayed, the furniture appeared worn and outdated, and the overall ambiance lacked the cleanliness and comfort I expected. Moreover, most of the items on their hotel menu were not available, and the food that was served was not hot. Additionally, the utensils were dirty, which added to my disappointment. Additionally, the receptionist took my phone to check my booking ID and, without my permission, turned on my data and left a fake 5-star review for the hotel on my MakeMyTrip account.

Looking for 0 star They just transferred us to different hotel with some useless reasons. The hotel which they transferred us doesn’t hv hot water and tissue. The reception during night time non cooperative just waited more than 30 minutes for a bottle of water. Rooms are larger but bathrooms are average with dirty buckets. Don’t ever touch the towels which will bring you decease. Please beware while booking this hotel to see some fake reviews. At all not suitable for families

Integrity is the human quality most necessary to business success. I trusted the hotel staff, they illegally used my phone to write a false review. Do not come here. Room was dirty, and not well kept. It is also on the corner of the road and not a great place to stay. There was barely any amenities, no clean water provided. I have issued a police report on this hotel for lack of integrity. Hope it shuts down as it is a scam.

Poor quality of room…and there is stingy smell around ground floor. We ordered domino’s pizza and they couldn’t send delivery to room and instead asked me to collect. Incourteous staff at reception and overall poor experience.

This hotel is not at all recommended! The receptionist takes your phone to verify the confirmation and during that time he opens the Google review to give 5 star. I realised it later. Even the rooms are not same as shown in pictures. The room had no window and the person told that earlier there was no building on the side so window used to open but now due to the building window can’t be opened.

I had a long layover so came here with my kid and husband for a night. Was not aware of the hotel as there were all mixed reviews all over so I took a chance and came here. We requested for a deluxe room and found room to be pretty cozy and good. It was clean just that it was bit chilly as it was January. Food I found to be on the higher side as for as I bought a bread toast it costed 150 for 3 bread and one boiled egg 80. Rather than that had nice experience as the room service was also good and reception was also nice and helpful. I also a nice airport shuttle from the hotel.

A very bad experience and regrettable decision to book this hotel! They had nothing available; I requested a heater as my friend was unwell due to the cold, and they asked me to pay 600 rupees for using it. Additionally, there was no dental kit, water bottle, or other necessary amenities essential for a night stay. They seemed quite stingy, cutting one tissue paper into two pieces and placing them in two glasses – seriously! When I contacted the front office for a dental kit, they told me to speak to Mr. Rahul, the so-called manager. Surprisingly, Rahul said, “Sir, you have to wait until morning, around 8-9 o’clock, and then we will buy a dental kit for you.” Are they running a hospitality business or making a joke of it? To the hotel owner, a simple suggestion: Consider closing this business and perhaps running a small, more suitable samosa stall that matches your personality!

Not recommended at all! The receptionist took my phone because he wanted to check my booking reference I was showing him. He then quickly left a Google review with 5 stars of his hotel in my account!! I noticed it after we left. All 5 star ratings are created like that because the hotel does not look anything like the pictures. Bed sheets and towels were already used and had wholes. Service is practically not existent. Location of the hotel is 6km from the airport and it is not a good area there.

Normally I do not write reviews as most of the time I have at the least average service; I booked the hotel after seeing the reviews and when i arrived at the addres, it is a completely different place than shown in the pictures in a shady street. They didnt accept card payments and asked me to look for another hotel at 3 in the morning. This hotel is the biggest scam ever. It is a tourist trap and i dont recommend ANYONE to go here not even for a single night. I really hope this place get closed down and save the tourists from getting into trouble

Luxurious suites and exceptional service, making it a standout choice for travelers seeking comfort and traditional Indian hospitality. The complimentary breakfast is a culinary delight, featuring a wide range of delicious options from local to continental cuisine. With its prime location, excellent amenities, and attentive staff, it provides a memorable stay in one of India's most vibrant cities.
