    I started Bhawnaji’s yoga session during covid time with offline classes though we had to shift to online sessions but her dedication and interest towards instructions in class were still the same. We never felt like an online session was going on. During that time I had developed some pain in my left knee but Bhawnaji always insisted that I should attend the session, that’s the best part about her training that she will never ask you to take a break or miss a session instead she would modify the kriya or asana for you. It has been now almost three years that I’m practising yoga with her and i feel today I’more emotionally and physically balanced than before. Reaching out to her anytime of the day is quite easy. Be it about your diet or any health issues you can discuss anything with her. Wishing her all the luck for her journey forward. More power to you Bhawnaji 💪

    I been attending the yoga therapy class of Bhawnaji for the past 3 months and it left and lasting impression on both my mind and body. Beyond the physical postures Bhawnaji delved into the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga. She tries to seamlessly integrate mindfulness and breath awareness into the practice fostering a sense of inner peace and self discovery. In short my experience in this yoga therapy was nothing short of exceptional. I left each session feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and grateful to have found a dedicated and skilled yoga teacher. If you’re seeking a transformative yoga experience with a knowledgeable and Compassionate guide, the Bhawna yoga therapy is an absolute must-try.

Dealing with digestive issues and a recent hypertension diagnosis, I often felt fatigued and lacked energy. Initially skeptical about the impact of yoga, I decided to give her class a try, seeking a holistic approach. Upon joining, I discovered my body was remarkably stiff, making even basic asanas challenging.     Your yoga classes stand out from the others I've attended. After months post-delivery, today marked the first time I wasn't breathing heavily. My untimely cravings, low energy, and acidity issues are improving. I truly appreciate your help; I feel so much better each passing day. The only regret upon leaving will be missing your invigorating morning yoga class.

    I have completed three years of yoga practice under the guidance of Bhawnaji and I have resolved my lot of health issues. She is very caring and give attention to each and every student. She explains all yoga exercises step by step according to the condition of individual. I am very thankful and fortunate to have yoga teacher like Bhawanji.

    Bhawanaji is the kind of yoga teacher with whom God blesses you once in a lifetime. She just not teaches you how to do yoga she teaches you the very essence of it. She has a clear understanding of her forte & she is deeply a true yogini. For her teaching Yoga is not a business. She wishes well-being for everyone she comes in touch with. That’s the kind of person she is. Not just a teacher, she connects with her disciples on multiple levels including intellectual & emotional. She is a very clear headed, calm and composed person, the kind we expect Yogis to be. It is an honour to be your student and an experience beyond words.

    I joined yoga therapy about 2 months ago and I already feel positive changes like less bloating, inflammation and more energy in my body. Starting the day with Bhawna’s class is wonderful start of the day. She is deeply Knowledgeable about yoga and helped so many people with their issues be it weight problems, pain or other ailments. I would highly recommend her therapy session to anybody from any age or fitness level. Thanks Bhawna ji!!

    I've been wanting to share my feedback, more of a thank-you note for the remarkable impact your yoga sessions have had on my life. I joined your classes last November, initially attending three times a week. However, the true transformation occurred when you insisted I attend all five days. In these six months, the changes in my physical body, mental attitude, and overall personality have been tremendous. I feel lighter on my feet, more flexible, and no longer run out of breath. The aches and pains that were once part of my life are almost negligible. Additionally, I've lost 6 kgs, a motivating byproduct, as you rightly say. More importantly, I've become a calmer person, and my meditations are more focused—an accomplishment that means a lot to me. Your emphasis on involvement and dedication in practice resonates, and it's this commitment that has brought about the positive shift in me. A big, big thank you for your guidance.     Bhawana ji is an excellent Yoga teacher. I joined her classes for Spondylolysis – neck and back pain. The best part of her yoga is modifying traditional yoga poses to suit the needs of individuals. The poses, and movement given by her was gentle yet effective in promoting flexibility and strength without exacerbating the condition. The focus on proper alignment and body awareness gives a holistic approach to good health. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga teacher who not only understands the challenges but also empowers their students to thrive in their healing journey.
