Love their food. Service. First floor seating area. The staff is friendly. The location is good. There's ample parking. Live their chana bhature, gol gappe, paw bhaaji are amazing.

I could give this place 0 stars if that was possible. We had a terrible experience with one of the staff members misbehaving and shouting at us. Attaching a picture of him here. Every dish in the chaat menu tastes the same whether you order bhalla papdi or tikki. I wanted Sev on my dhokla and the server sprinkled like 10 grains on it. They didn't even provide napkins with any of the 5 dishes we ordered. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Will never go here again.

Not the worth of Money. The presentation was very poor and the taste was just like the road side food. Not even a little bit satisfied from anything . I prefer to not to go. 🤪

I found this to be a good vegetarian resturant with lot of varieties both in sweets amd salty dishes . Gift packs in various sizes and prices also available . Self service , one has to pick his eatables by himself . Both dine in and take away available . Large area inside the resturant , one can comfortably sit and dine. Ambience and decor excellent . Parking for limited cars available in front of the Resturant .

Good quality, clean food and decent price. Though I feel it lacks coordination in between kitchen and serving staff Becs some customers received cold dish becs I saw kitchen staff just refilled the food on counter but didn’t inform service staff, so they served it without making sure it’s warm enough. Another recommendation is they should have waiters to deliver food specially when your food is coming from different floors.

they ruined my diwalii 4.11.2021. they fabricated my bill of 520 to 820 and then foolled me by charging me 600rs extra. someone who is been regular customor sice the age of 12 i have been really dissappointed and disgusted

Good for vegetarian ppl...menu almost same at all stores..self service...situated on main road left after taking left turn from Maya Puri. Crowded on weekends. These days (2018) they are offering breakfast menu at very discounted price which is value for money. Ground floor they have ready to eat snacks sweets and shakes. Full menu is served at first floor

I hv been going der since it started operation in naraina some 16/17 yrs back. Well sweets are good here but because of unknown reasons they increase price by 10 percent every six months. Other dan sweets this outlet is useless. Now a days they even sell stale food

Poor service under the excuse of self service. Act as if they're doing a favour. I went to the first floor to sit and eat chole bhature and Vada pav. I was told I'll have to go downstairs to get it although the payment counter is upstairs. I had to carry both the trays on my own upstairs. I almost lost my balance near the stairs but not one of their staff came to help although it was almost empty.

They are riding on the brand goodwill, they do everything to disappoint the customer. Today I ordered packed food for 10 people but when I got the food packed found they don't give Disposable plates, what they offered was a small plate. Above all they very conveniently say no to anything you ask. They served mix veg with onion saying without onion n garlic.

A well known place for vegetarians to enjoy their time. Options, especially when it comes to sweets are plentiful. Some new ones looked delicious. You can buy cakes and pastries and gift packets from here. On the first floor you can enjoy food, where there are a fair few options. Service is good and fast. A good place to go with friends, family or even alone.

The food was ok. I didn't like it so much. If you are hungry and have this nearby you then only you should go and not otherwise. I tried thali, Chinese platter, pao bhaji, south indian thali, strawberry milkshake with ice cream. The pao bhaji and milkshake was good but the thali was okay and the Chinese platter was also okay. But the south indian thali was not good. The dosa did not meet up mu expectations, idli and vada were too dry and the utappam was okay. The seating was also fine.

They have restaurant on first floor (self-service) and mithai shop on ground floor. Good food menu in restaurant and items we bought were tasty. Waiting time was also very less. Good ambience which is well set, but lower sitting capacity can make it crowded at times. Nice sweet options on the ground floor and you can buy to eat there or get nicely packed items to carry out or gift someone.

Its located in a good area but the staff is not so good as most of the time cashier are playing the games or the girl on cash counter is busy in gossip with others The packing service is good but they all are very confused in many orders . Rest the taste is always good and hygien system is also always good The sitting arrangement is also good with cleanly arrangement The guards are very supportive and helping to park or unpark vehicle

Parking for 4 wheeler may be quite difficult in lunch and dinner time. Chances of your vehicle Toe by Delhi traffic police if not parked in manner. If you can not able to get parking place than you can park your vehicle 100 meters away in Commercial parking. Chinese and South Indian food are dilicious if compare with other Bikaner wala. Everything is available which you would expect by Bikarnerwala Frenchisey. Ambience is better than average. Air towel in washroom was impressive.

Worst Experience I had... First, I ordered 3 plates of Chhole Bature and handed over the receipt for cooking... Meanwhile I ordered 2 Lassi also, which ofcourse they billed on a separate invoice.. Handed over only 1 plate of Chhole Bature, turned off the gas and I went shopping for other sweets waiting for rest 2 plates.. Only then made aware of buying for 299 and getting my beverages at a discounted price, but ofcourse the offer was not informed in advance.. Its your shop, your offers, could you not have informed in advance or asked as courtesy would one like to order something to drink..!!! Waiting forever, then when I reminded him for balance order, he then lit up the frying pan again..!! Bathura's were not fresh, Chhole not fresh, just had to pass the time.. Then AC was not working.. had to make someone turn on the pedestal fan, and later he started cleaning dust off shelves.. Guy even asked me should I stop the fan now if dust is bothering you..!! Well, the surprise of the moment.. Ordered Laal Rasbhari sweet.. the guy punched Kali Rasbhari on the bill and informed 3 different people I want Laal Rasbhari not Kali (Brown Rasgullas, not Black Rasgullas) but every one was like - oh the amount is same for both so its OK... What the hell... Packed Kali Rasbhari and I found out now at home... Pathetic, Careless, Ignorant Staff.. Big Brand and does not care anymore for customers....

Excellant food ,but what I like the best is the Chinese platter (a proper balance of all the spices ) and dal raita aloo naan kulcha combo ,so tasty A must try is the cold coffee with ice cream ,and there is a tall employee of bikaner who makes this cold coffee ,and what a cold coffee he makes even also tried many more cold coffees from different places but the cold coffee he makes is ultimate My recommendation In sweets 1) must try cold coffee In main coarse 1)rajma rice the mind blowing taste ,they even provide an extra bowl of rajma if required 😋😋 2)dal with aloo kulcha and raita combo ,too good 3)and finally the king of all platters Chinese platter ,a combination of fried rice+noodles +manchurian+chili panner But friends do remember this bikaner closes at around max 10:40 pm. Today we were the last person enjoying with our sweet dishes before the outlet was going to close , So come a bit early so that u can enjoy most of items 🎉🎉🎉🎉😋😋😋😋😋😋

Good place to have sweets, snacks and meals. Food quality and hygiene standards are well maintained. Seating is on the upstairs and can accommodate good number of persons at a time. Lunch and dinner hours may be really crowded as it is located near commercial establishments and residential area. Limited parking is available on the main road.

Worst food ever eaten in any outlet.Me and my friend has ordered aaloo tikki and masala, dosa both were cold and complete tasteless. Total waste of money!

Soo untidy place. Staff was good but due to lack of staff the place is very untidy and there is a lot of delay in order's u need to go up and down to take your orders.

Good plac, neat and clean. Many options are there I have ordered rajma pulav combo which was very good simple without extra oil and spices. Lassi was also good but very less in quantity according to pricing.

Famous for sweets also you can enjoy north Indian food on 1st floor. Little bit improvement is required in service. Drinking glass is so old.. they should has to change it or they should has to provide paper glass.

Neat and clean satsfactorily . Good for snacks but especially thali,,(fixed meenu) are worthless both in taste and presentation. Don't opt for full meal, rather have snacks and sweets. Sweets better for taking away. Staff at counter specially men are lousy enough to irritate. Working with gloomy faces. Parking a big problem. No space at all to park your vehicle. Toilets available in better condition.

They miscommunicated regarding breakfast menu. I was informed that breakfast menu is available at 50%off. But after ordering they charged the full price. Never expected this kind of behaviour from a reputed food outlet. Very disappointing.

I ordered combo of rajma rice and found cockroach in the same. Being such a big brand you serve this. Quality of food should be your priority but no. You guys are making fool out of your customers.
