There are a few reason it's $12. Disgusting rooms, hard to find location, no hot water, power intermittent, cash only in a red light district. I'd pay more something that's even vaguely acceptable. They advertise an airport shuttle. Their solution is for me to get a cab. The complimentary bottle of water is in a disposable plastic bottle that has already been opened. My low standards have not been met.

I got a morning flight from IGI Airport for that I booked this hotel airport palace via Make My trip. And it is really really worthy. The room was about 1000 bucks. After all promotions and discount i got tge room for just 400+ INR. When i booked the hotel i thought that its really cheap.but my perespective about the hotel was changed when i checked in there. Its just 4 km away from IGI Airport And i got Room on 2nd floor. No lift was there.thats not a problem for me The room was in execellent condition. Air conditioned double bedroom. With an attached bathroom with cabled televsion. Thats enough for just one night. And its really good room for to stay as much you can If you wanted to stay near to the airport.

Worth one time stay for catching early morning flight from nearby airports. Not a very professionally managed hotel. Really small budget hotel. Haven't decided not to come back again but would avoid not to come. Rooms weren't clean enough. They refuse to let pizza delivery boy come up to 2nd floor room, neither they allowed some of their staff to receive and deliver in the room. I had to walk down and take it to room.

I've stayed here for a Single night. It's near to the aerocity metro, from where one can reach the IGI airport within minutes. Manager, Receptionist, Bell boy were polite and helpful. All rooms are air conditioned, so no worry on a hot day. Hotel provides breakfast (free), lunch & dinner(chargeable). The only problem I had during my stay was, the building doesn't have an elevator (lift), so I had to take the stairs. Good to stay for a medium-budget personal visit.

A very good hotel, at good price, clean.. booked online. TRIVAGO offered rs 410/- per night non ac.. Water Heater, flat tv, wardrobe; room service ph; available.. Bathroom has no output fan. No Night Lamp.. No bed side power outlate

Booked two rooms for three hours using Bonito Rooms website that offers hourly rates for hotels. Both rooms had a few issues - water tap, AC had issues. And for a hotel that looks 2 🌟 at best, the menu rates are 4 🌟. If you're early to an airport or for a connection flight and you want to lie down for a bit or take a bath, this hotel is a good option for you. For long-term stay? We have better choices available. I was satisfied with my short stay here.

Worst stay ever..1. manager was rude 2. I changed my room twice and there was little bit of problem in every room 3. No one came to clean room i stayed there for two days 4. Price of food is too costly. It is better to order online.

The hotel is quite near to airport, the room is adequate, uninterrupted WiFi is available, taste and quality of food is nice, you'll get heated water 24x7. Now coming on to its demerits, at first, while booking cabs through Uber or Ola apps, keep in mind that the hotel is quite difficult to locate. If you don't know Hindi, then it's going to take a bit of your patience to find it. Secondly, the streets leading to the hotel is narrow. An third, they served food to my room and when I said that I prefer to have my lunch, by going to the hotel's restaurant, they don't seem to be glad about what I told them and they once again told me that there's no problem and they'll deliver food to my room. However, the food they delivered is top notch. As a whole, if you know Hindi, then I would recommend it, and it's one of the best budget hotel, with WiFi and heated water, you can find near to the airport terminals. But if you don't know Hindi, then like me, you may feel like being in a guest house than in a hotel.

Great service at a reasonable rate. Also, the hotel is just 4-5 Kms (15-20min drive) from the Delhi airport and there are many eateries nearby. (Moti Mahal is an amazing north Indian restaurant just near this hotel) Also, one can avail rooms at this hotel on hourly basis by booking through services like brevistay, bookbyslot, mistay, etc.

Good hotel nice location

It's the worst hotel anyone would ever like to pay for. No water in the rooms in morning . No lift. Rooms are messy and staff least supportive. You would feel like staying in a dharmshala that too in a bad place. Hopeless hotel ever visited...
