#HappyEating Overall it was a short & pleasent stay here. Once check in is done you will get to experience some good variety of food. The food & drinks taste awesome. High chairs & sofaz are good. Have experienced considerable waiting time at restroom as it was small, may be because of morning hours; cant say about other hours of the day. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Good manpower availability to cater customer needs.

This review is for the domestic plaza premium lounge, T3 DEL. The lounge is located on the second floor, past the food court on your left or past the Air India lounge on your right, depending where you're coming from. The line up to get inside at 645AM on a weekday was rather long(8-10 people) but moving fast. The lounge is huge, can seat atleast 100 people, was adequately staffed, had a great spread of Indian (live cooking) and Continental options. Fresh tea, coffee and steamed milk was being offered at the counter as well. The washroom was very clean and well kept. Overall a great experience and definitely worth a visit if you got some time to kill before your flight.

Located at one end of upper level food court in terminal 3. Beautiful ambience & ample seating capacity. Reasonable spread of the menu. Very useful after a busy workday or between connecting flights. The staff are courteous. A well stocked bar that operates 11 to 11.

Beautiful, modern and well maintained waiting lounge inside T3 terminal. (For decor and maintenance I wanted to give 5 stars) Don’t want to discuss about food and staff here. (not upto the mark). Coffee, tea, snacks are also available. Liquor is also served but charged. Wishing this lounge must maintain the taste of food like it’s cool and happening decor, and teach their staff to be polite and impartial towards visitors.

One of the best lounge . The food items are nice and they have different variety to choose from. There is a huge line to enter into the lounge without maintaining any social distance that’s the only drawback . The ambience is also pleasant and there are multiple charging points . Overall it’s worth visiting here than just roaming around airport untill boarding .

As of 13th Feb 2023, the lounge was operational but there was a long queue. International cards and virtual cards are not accepting currently. Now this is not a plaza premium lounge. May be run by dream folks. so many options were available in the morning like Idli, dosa, omlet, sausages, chole, bread, naan, corn flakes, tea, coffee etc. Overall I liked the taste and ambience though it was crowded

Crowded, long queue but a majestic place to spend the waiting period at the New Delhi T3 Airport. What else can you demand for an exceptional meal at INR 2.00 :-). The lounge atmosphere is cool and has a great ambience with super clean washrooms so sit back and relax when you visit T3 next time.

The lounge offered a tranquil and comfortable environment to relax in. The food selection was surprisingly diverse, with both hot and cold options. From fresh salads to warm entrees, the quality was impressive for an airport lounge. The beverage choices were excellent, including complimentary cocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic options. It's a perfect place to unwind and refuel before your flight. Highly recommended for a premium airport experience.

Always crowded with queues to get in. The kiosk is also not working. The food is average. Though the people at service are working round the clock. The toilets dont cater even for 50percent occupancy. The spread is bigger than most lounges in India and abroad.

I am a regular of this lounge. I usually come 4 times a year to Delhi and is using this lounge for a long time. Earlier, I used to go to premium plaza lounge B on 4th floor which is better than this one but that has been reserved for business class now. This lounge is sometimes very busy because most of the passengers with credit cards come to this lounge. Staff: very cooperative and inform things in advance Ambience: not so extraordinary Accessible: easily accessible

Space makes a difference. Food is almost the same like encalm small lounge. Lot of newspapers..tvs..toilets inside..big drinks area...definitely chosing this lounge next time

Overcrowded yet a great lounge! Pros: Excellent choice of food and beverages with great taste Cons: 1-2 bathrooms only for the entire crowd so long waiting time, Tables are all wobbly and not cleaned regularly. Need to expand seating capacity.

Visited Plaza Premium Longe before my flight. Its amazingly clean and maintained. Staff Khima, Jitender and others were very polite, respectful and helpful. And breakfast here at 4 AM was amazing. I would recommend people to visit this longe in domestic departure if they have time before their flight.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 (IGI T3) Domestic Departure • This lounge has two different sections - one for complimentary entry for Visa / MasterCard holders and the other for Diners / Amex / Priority Pass / Dragon Pass cardholders & directly paying customers. • There are separate queues for entry at the two sections and normally the queue for the Visa / MasterCard holders is longer than the other one, though both queues tend to move fast. • If the visit to the lounge is complimentary, one is allowed to stay for a maximum duration of two hours. • Even though the seating & dining areas of both sections are quite spacious, they are almost always fully occupied due to the heavy footfall. • Inside, the seats are very comfortable for spending a long time, though not enough for sleeping. • Overall cleanliness in the lounge is praiseworthy. Food is kept hygienically. Tables are emptied and cleaned promptly. The washrooms are taken care of very well. • Flight information display screens are placed strategically, so that visitors can access them easily. • Quality and variety of food & beverage is highly acceptable. Live counters are also there except at night. • Vegetarians please note that both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are served here. • There is a bar counter, which remains closed after 11 PM. • The staff is well groomed and is eager to serve.
