A decent budget hotel but would only recommend for a short stay 1-2 days. The location is conveniently close to the airport but in a very shady area full of scammers targeting tourists. The service is great, good room service but they don't accept card payments. The food is very overpriced for the average quality and taste. The rooms are all very small with no windows and a bit shabby but functional with tv, ac and a water heater. Apart from that only a small packet of shampoo a small soap and one towel was provided. The wifi was amazing but not safe. It's a good transit hotel for a short rest but I do not recommend it for long stays.

The location is pretty much the only plus point. The rooms do not have much space to walk around, only one bottle of water is complimentary irrespective of the number of people in the room. I guess the basic thing a hotel can provide for is drinking water for all days. I cannot comment on food though as I did not order any. However I must state here that the staff are helpful.

Don't buy biriyani from this restaurant.. Why I am telling u this they I'll not provide achar, egg Or papad.. And the biriyani is not Kerala type... They I'll charge 150 rs for biriyani rice and two small chicken piece. Very bad experience for me

For the price we pay I feel rooms are very small and the ambiance is not worth the price we pay. For early checkin it is chargeable and when we said we don’t want to pay we will wait near reception only, then they allowed us for early checkin at no cost checkin at 10:20 am. (In the first interaction if they allow that gives a positive vibe). Room service is also not upto them mark. You have to ask everything twice(like towels, toiletries etc..) except food.

Stayed 3 nights and everything was lovely! The room was tidy and comfy. The personnel is kind and professional. We especially loved our stay since, despite the hectic schedule, everything was managed flawlessly. Superb accommodation near the airport, easily accessible by foot from a variety of eateries and groceries. Despite this, the hotel also features a 24-hour in-house restaurant serving homemade cuisine. The friendliness and expertise of Mr. Kapil gave our stay a more special feel. For a tidy and comfortable stay, We heartily suggest this Hotel.

do you know about dhum biriyani, I ordered your dhum biriyani with lot of expectations but I get normal biriyani rice with 3 chicken fried pieces. so don't call your rice as malabari special dhum biriyani. mind it

this is a standard hotel, meeting minimum necessities. Clean, responsive front desk, though bedsheets could use replacement, ac works great, bathroom has water heater… I wouldn’t count this in luxury category. Hotel is 15 mins from airport.. taxi to and from airport was 350 rupees (aug 2022). I only needed to stay for 10 hours and was able to call them and work out for morning check-in and night check-out (8am to 10pm).

Food tastes authentic!!! Staffs are very polite,friendly, pro-active and customer-centric. If you are a foodie , I would recommend this place to you for an authentic taste factor and an authentic aroma!

It was just okay to spend a night in transit as the bed is not comfortable (spring bed with crunching sound) .. moreover they send their guests to backside facilities.. I don't know the reason but that's not right. One booked the room in Pearl and they are making the guest stay on Hotel Festival (Name can be seen in the photos posted by me).. rooms are full of smoking smell.. service is also delayed. For depart to airport they charge Rs. 400/-. That is not required, one can find taxi 24x7 available outside hotel on main road. Maximum fair a taxy will charge Rs. 150.

Quite nice hotel near airport. Great for a night stay if you want to take the next day flight out. Hotel staff is super helpful and arranged for cab at 350/- which was quite nominal. Also provided tea, water, extra towels, toilet paper and toothpaste immediately once we asked. Recommended

Stayed for one night twice over the past year for transit. I had a great experience. The rooms were well maintained, there is 24 hour room service available with good food. The included breakfast was decent. Airport transit arrived on time, and check in and check out was very smooth.

good choice if you have a stop over in Delhi, close to the airport while affordable in price, some taxi drivers try to trick you so the hotel offers airport pickup for INR 600 plus parking fee (as per Oct 2023), the staff is helpful and friendly and organized some small early breakfast

Many shops and restaurants nearby, location is ok but not easy to get to especially at night. Room is clean but bath facilities may need to be repaired. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Thanks for the masala tea.

Worst experience. OYO is surely on cheating mode. It shows property different on its site & the property is located at different location with very bad quality.

Hotel is located inside narrow lane, difficult to park vehicle. The manager of the hotel takes mobile to check the booking details and without informing gives 5 star rating for stay. Very basic hotel without providing basic amenities like water bottle, towel,etc.

When entered the hotel, without any clarification they asked us to take a room at their rear building. Even when asked why, they just kept saying go to the other building. While checkout the guy at counter asked for my Goibibo app saying he needs to see some details and ridiculously used it to give 5 stars to their hotel, which we realized it later. Not at all comfortable stay, felt very suspicious from the beginning.

Food is good, genuinely priced menu and quality is upto mark, you can dine in also. A little long waiting time but freshly prepared food is served. Appam was not available on the day I went as machine was not working but i calmed down my cravings by dal vada and dosa. I observed other dishes like rice, kerala paratha and curries on other's table however I had my appetite for the time will taste rest later and add my experience with it.

As a keralite, I wanted to have some of my south indian food after long journeys. I got those nice Paratha, Dosa, Rice, Kanji, all kerala food from Malabar Kitchen. Since it is run by a keralite, you would get to taste the kerala food well there. If you are somewhere around Mahipalpur, its worth trying those kerala food from Malabar style kitchen. Also, it's a good shop for trying juices, which as tasty as much as kerala juices. Non vegetarian food are also available in this Malabar Style Kitchen. I have had good tasty food from there a lot of times and it was awesome. You can try, if you would like to feel like home for try the south indian food items.

One of the good hotel in that area. Pocket friendly as the price for booking rooms was not that costly + they provide different room booking charges based on the services you need in your room. Food has been considered slightly costly, but that is in that whole region, not just in this hotel. It's good for both couples and families, as it's budget friendly. Location is really nice, close to highway, in order to catch cab or vehicle for airport. It is located in the market area so you can find almost everything near you, but no malls are nearby. Ambience mall is the nearest one, takes 15 minutes with cab. Based on location, hospitality and services, this hotel is recommended by a number of people. So a good one of course!

We checked in at Hotel Pearl for a night to catch early morning flight from Delhi. The hotel is located near the airport and we got very good service and support. The rooms are nice and cozy and well maintained and also loved the food.

I ordered Veg Meal. It was deadly spicy. Why would you make it so spicy that it would kill a person? Please don't make it so spicy that we can't eat.

I booked a room through Agoda for a night at this godforsaken hotel. The deal was to reserve the room and pay the hotel at check in. I called the hotel at 230pm on the day I was going to check in and the receptionist blatantly told me they have cancelled the reservation and they don’t have any more availability. I was shocked as I was about to board the flight to Delhi so I did not have any time to find another room. They were lying to me on my face as they said Agoda requested cancellation and then even said they see no record of any booking ever made in my name. Bunch of lying cheating losers!!

Genuine review-Horrible experience.. Meat they served was old and not in a condition to eat. Appam and parotta was ok.. Waiting period was 45mins for rotten meat, appam and parotta..

The room was small and congested and was not up to the mark. The bathroom was not good also we felt very uncomfortable while using it. The room service was poor. And the area where this hotel located is very unhygienic so if you are the first time in Delhi then don't opt for this hotel. The price is too high for this hotel which is not worth it.

A functionally laid out Malayali joint with extremely tasty and authentic Kerala cuisine on offer through the day! Their Potthu Roast (buffalo), Kappa (tapioca), and Thalassery style buff biryani were so tasty, a friend and me consumed food worth 3 days! Go for it if you are somewhere in and around Mahipalpur / IGI Airport! Considering the taste was authentic, do go for marine stuff too... We were unlucky... A day full of power outages and a smaller menu... I was told by the team there that all items on the menu are available from 9am to 10pm.

Honestly i didn't like the food asked for butter chicken but there was more of its bones and less chicken Talking about the service it's not good And same goes for the atomsphere , high temperature inside , feels like you are being cooked instead of food

Very helpful staff and nice hot showers. The hotel is not fancy, but good for a short stay near the airport. The room I had was close to the road, so there were points of the day that it was a tad noisy. The bottom faucet (below the shower) did not stop running when I was showering, which led to a massive waste of water and having to watch if the bucket overfilled. But other than that no major issues, served my basic needs.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The food was incredible also. I’m not usually this impressed with hotel service and accommodations but for the price, even higher, it is worth it. BTW this is an actual ‘real’ person review. 👌🏻👍🏻
