A very soothing vibe and the chicken kathi roll was amazing I wasn’t expecting starbucks food to be this good and they also have an offer running in which the 2nd item you take, you would get 50% off on the 2nd item! The overall experience was good because i had to wait for someone on the station and starbucks was a saviour!

Poor service, overpriced coffee for the quantity and quality. Starbucks is using the brand to offset the unreasonable prices in India

It's was very impressive setting and they was like create a family members and there all are so caring like it's was very good coffee and fresh food 🍱 🤤🤤 and the women’s that is all women store i feel very good from the shiva ji store bcz there i feel all women empowerment… and there is one employee her name is pratima she is very good and her service is very great.😇

Visited Starbucks after a long time. This has all usual Starbucks stuff plus found lot of new additions. Good thing was they were following complete Covid protocols and guard was not allowing entry without mask on face. Also, there was distance between chairs using tapes and some charges were not for seating to maintain social distancing. Horrible staff. Not helpful and not courteous. No politeness and don’t know how to treat customers. There is no place for customers to sit and they’re making other people occupy the seats. Bad atmosphere and unhelpful staff.

Been here for first time and felt too good from their hospitality. This place is inside Shivaji stadium metro station. Entrance is free , need to pass metro security only. Good place to enjoy best coffee but is mostly crowded during 9 to 5 due to visa offices nearby. After 5pm to 7pm is the best for couples to enjoy. Lacked power sockets for mobile or laptop charging for US and UK pins. Syrup flavoured coffees are best like hazelnut and caramel. Advised not to put sugar into it. Prices higher compared to competition brand like CCD but worth quality and services.

Had a great experience. Geetanjali from Starbucks shared a very nice story about origin of coffee and overall had a great time interacting and learning more about coffee. Good work Geetanjali. Will visit again.

Located wise really useful as it is near metro

Overcharged me by billing for something else. Hot chocolate sucked and the quantity was like 4 sips. Just go to Cinnabon on the side and grab a coffee there instead.

Service was great and we got to experience a coffee tasting with Miss Vinita. Coffee was freshly made for the tasting and a chocolate chip cookie was also served with it. She explained us how the coffee beans were blended and the origins of the coffee beans. She was very nice and answered our questions regarding the coffee beans with great patience and a smile on the face. We felt very welcomed and taken care of here. Seating area was also spacious and clean. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone waiting for their vfs interview or anyone wanting to enjoy their coffee in peace.

Had an amazing experience. A girl named geetika/ gettanjali sorry i forgot the name. She make me taste the two coffee. She explained me so well about the origin of coffee and the differences. Keep it up.

Was horrible…the spiced paneer was bland ,absolutely no taste..and not even worth 100 bucks.. The top layer was roasted to the core and the lower layer was soggy… Cheez wasted 410 for nothing
