Constitution Club of India was opened in February 1947 with the objectives & purposes of fostering social contacts and providing usual amenities of a club life for the benefit of the members of the Indian Constituent Assembly. It effectively emerged as an enviable forum providing a platform for interaction amongst the Past & Present members of Parliament. There are several Halls for organising meetings and seminars. It has a beautiful garden inside. Various kinds of Silk Mela event and other kinds of events are also held. It also has a swimming pool for the members and other sports courts for the members of the group. It has a restaurant named "Article 21" which delivers/serves delicious food. It has a small cafeteria and an ice cream shop as well. It has a parking facility for members as well. The ambience of the place is really amazing, one will be mesmerised to see the inner beauty of the building, it has a big aquarium in it, the top wall of the entry building has a replica of our Parliament Building embedded in it. It also has an ATM in the building. The restroom is there as well.

A most favoured place for intellectuals of Delhi circle. It has a couple of auditoriums, indoor & outdoor restaurants which are frequented by journalist, authors, writers, politicians etc

This location features lovely design, a strong focus on sanitation, polite staff, and plenty of greenery and open space. It's also a prime location in New Delhi's central business district that lends out space for exhibitions and other cultural events.

The location is central and accessible, the place neat and well maintained, the staff professional, and the food delicious. Overall, for large scale conferences, it is an ideal place to be at.

It was an exquisite location. My closest friend celebrated their wedding at this venue. The venue was expansive and impeccably maintained. The circular seating arrangement at the tables gave it an ambiance akin to an awards ceremony, which added a touch of humor to the experience. The hall also boasted an adjoining dining area, which was quite spacious in itself. Beyond the hall, there was a charming garden-like area, complete with numerous adorable rabbits. In summary, it's a wonderful place to host any event.

Nice place to have good food. Constitution club has two places where general public can visit have food and snacks.... Fine/Casual Dining at "Article 21" ...very nice food and its economical too. And a coffe shop to have snacks. Over all nice place. Good Food. Nice ambience. Mediocre cleaned washrooms. Ample parking. Just 10 minutes drive from Janpath Market. Why have food in costly restaurants in CP when you can have good food here at pocket friendly cost. Go enjoy.

It was a beautiful place..My best friend got married in this venue. The place was spacious and clean. The round table sitting arrangement gave the feeling of being in a award show. Lol! The hall has attached dining area which was also a huge space. Outside the hall, there was a small garden type area where many rabbits were kept who looked adorable. Overall it's a nice place to organise an event.

Very well designed yet the vintage is evident everywhere. Loads of historical events around the building of modern India have taken place here. Only problem... Parking. Not user friendly nor adequate.

Located on Rafi Marg near the Parliament of India. 📍 Have a restaurant named Article 21 Delicious food is available in this restaurant. 👌🏼 Their food tastes like home, not too spicy.😋 Everything is great they just need to improve their service time.🤏🏼

Very quiet place amidst government offices 🙂 it offers some yummy options. Went with some old time friends.... We had honey chilly potatoes, panneer tikka and chilly panneer as starters... And they were a great beginning for our lunch.. which comprised of dal makhani, kadai panneer, pulao and curd with garlic naan, lachha parantha and Missi roti which were cooked to perfection 👌 they also have a bakery from where we ordered some pastries - chocolate truffle, red velvet and black forest which were too good and fresh 👍 It's an excellent dining spot and a must go for foodies. Just the only constraint is the options are limited compared to other similar place but then food is what that matters ultimately 😍

The ambiance of this place was very nice on its own. What made it more amazing was the staff. The staff was very nice here and had amazing recommendations. The food was very tasy too.

Located near Central Secretariat Metro Station... oldest and historical club...it was used by the constitution maker members of India to discuss about various provisions of the constitution during formation time...now a good place for social gatherings and events...have open lawns, two good restaurant and cafe and a swimming pool...world Cup final match was live streamed here...overall good place for get together and wvents

This famous building is situated in central delhi.. the heart area which was primarily build up for member of parliament to held meeting and seminars.. later on it was made open for local club meeting and other functions held by various government and non governmental organisations. Building is greeted by beautiful birds and fountains.. garden maintenance is also fine. Interior decoration is well maintained.

We went to Article 21 Restaurant in CCI. The ambience was calm welcoming but everything is not available everytime. So plan accordingly and portion size doesn't do justice to the prices. But when in CCI or near by worth a visit
