One of the best restaurants to relish authentic Italian pizzas. A must try!

While the restaurant has its charm, there were a few elements that left me wanting more. Some aspects of the food lacked the expected depth, and the pricing felt slightly on the higher side. However, despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was memorable, leaving room for potential growth and improvement.

Even If you are paying ₹1000 for a pizza🍕 by Pizza Express Believe me totally worth it. Do try their Signature Pizzas. We ordered Thin Crispy Crust pizza as we love Italian Pizza🍕The toppings, Flavour and Taste everything was on point. Let’s come to the service. Staffs were so polite and professional. They were ready to put some extra efforts to make their customer happy.

Overall good service and good experience. The staff was courteous and professional. Food was on time and did not take too long. Quality of food was good and was worth the price. However they can expand their menu options a bit more so that we can have more options to order from specially the starters menu and also increase the quantity of starters a bit more. Not providing Garlic bread with main course dishes specifically when one is having pasta or Lasagne is bad as it's a combo that goes with it. Overall good.

My visit to Pizza Express at DLF Ambience Mall in Delhi was a delightful experience from start to finish. The first impression was set by the amazing gate staff who greeted me with warmth and courtesy. Their friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that continued throughout my visit. I opted for the 11-inch Margherita "Buffalo" pizza, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The taste, quality, and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding. It completely outshone other popular pizza chains like Domino's, Pizza Hut, and La Pinoz. The crust was perfectly crisp, the cheese was rich and creamy, and the tomato sauce had a delightful tang. The staff members, not just at the gate but throughout the restaurant, were incredibly polite and attentive. They made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. The manager also deserves commendation for maintaining a well-organized and customer-centric environment. The attention to detail in both service and food preparation was impressive. In summary, my visit to Pizza Express at DLF Ambience Mall was a memorable one. The combination of exceptional service, a friendly staff, and an outstanding pizza made it a superior choice. I'm amazed by the overall quality and service at this Pizza Express location. Highly recommended!

They have better pasta than pizza in my experience. Courteous staff and active staff. Ambience is good. Menu is vibrant and mid range. Definitely a good option for pasta and pizza cravings. They have combo options too you will get few things extra so better to choose and make you combinations it may cost you a lit lesser! Bon appetite!

Went there after sometime and the pizzas here are always the best. Loved the tandoori chicken pizza. The service is a bit slow there but overall it was a easy experience !! Would recommend ! 👍🏻

The service staff at this outlet require some training in making the right sounds and saying appropriate things when informed about their drinking water being dirty, instead of shrugging and asking us to buy bottled water. The service staff at this outlet should prioritise answering phone queries honestly and accurately. I called and specifically asked about the Calabrese and was informed about its availability. On reaching there after a 90 minute drive, we found the primary ingredient needed substitution, and wasn't suitable qualitatively or quantitatively. The service staff should honor or address a request to speak with a manager instead of ignoring the customer. I ended up driving 3 hours to drink black coffee. Having said that, their newly designed interiors are pleasantly bright and airy. If the food, hygiene or service doesn't matter, this is a great place for sipping weak coffee and staring at shoppers walking past.

I absolutely love this place especially for their thin crust pizzas. Had vegetarian Gardeneria pizza and it was amazing. The mushroom cheesy dough balls were amazing too. The ambience is good. Perfect for a date. Staff is very polite. I have also tasted aglio olio pasta before and it was damn good. It's just that it is on a little expensive side otherwise a perfect place to go in Ambience for lunch or dinner.

Amazing experience! Staff was very kind and professional. Went to just try Pizza but ended up ordering Pasta and Chicken Wings as well. Food is just amazing!

Stopped by for pizza. Left my luggage behind there to finish up shopping before next flight. I ordered the thin crust pizza. Portions was good! Loved the whole thing overall. I won't call them the best pizzas I've ever had. But the service was great, they took care of my luggage and pizza was quite good and definitely tasted fresh & wholesome. Plus it was ready quite fast. Will visit again if I'm in the mall.

Pizza express is comfort food. The tiny dough balls are a must try. The pizza as usual is amazing- we usually end up ordering four cheese thin crust- never a disappointment. Their homemade ice tea is also very good. The staff is sweet and polite.

They created order of wrong pizza even after clearly telling them the pizza choice. Taste was good. Staff seemed a bit judgemental. The guy supervisor had a bit of attitude. The lady supervisor was polite and proactive and helped us out with the our order and table.

The restaurant is awesome they have really good pizza options. The crust is thin and you feel like eating more and more. The American hottest is what I have the thin crust and cheese the pepperoni is all so good and mouth watering they have a lot of vegetarian options rocket leafs are a really good match with your pizza. Overall service and ambience are good

The ambience is likeable. A good place for sunday brunch. The pizza was really mouth-watering. I didn't like garlic bread much. Overall it is a remarkable to hang out.

We had ordered Pizza from the exotic range and was really amazing. Would rate 5/5. But white sauce Pasta that we ordered was bit disappointing. I was expecting it to be bit better. Overall it was a great experience.

They don't know what italian pizzas are their so called authentic pizzas barely have any cheese or sauce. They sell you some cheesy bread at the name and price of authentic italian pizzas. I organised a birthday party with them, and raised quality concerns with them beforehand and they still served this cheap food to my guests. Highly disappointed.

Pathetic experience!!!!! Never expected this kind of bad food quality. And also we were charged serice tax which no other restaurant is charging these days despite paying GST. we reminded them but these guys refused to listen .....moreover GST was charged on total bill + service tax. Bad quality of rocket leaves on pizza....quantity of food below average Highly expensive. Never would try or recommend anyone.

Outstanding experience! Went for a pizza date, loved every bit of it! Do try their Doughballs, straight from the oven! We also tried their Polpette starter, unique taste, and the Pollo Forza pizza - crisp, light and tasty! Dessert - the New York style cheese cake, really good, not that light though. But definitely try.
