On July 8, 2023, I went to DLF Promenade. I visited the Haldiram outlet in your food court. I made a transaction of ₹415.8 using my credit card. The transaction was successfully completed, and I received an immediate deduction message on my phone. However, due to a malfunctioning machine at your outlet, the slip was not printed. Your manager informed me that the amount would be reversed, so I left. But my amount was not reversed, and I also contacted Axis Bank. They informed me that the amount has been deducted. They didn't even provide me with the food.

Full marks for service, consistency and taste across all stores. Nothing beats its amazing chole bhature and pav bhaji.

Extremely bad customer satisfaction. Ordering golgappas’s worth 70/- and then when asked for spicy water they simply deny . I mean , the seller at the roadside also doesn’t behave this way . Bad and bad specially for food industry . Gave them extra 41/- just for water . Funny.

The worst food and service I have ever seen. I ordered something which I received in half quantity and got just 10 percent refund for undelivered quantity. The another item I got was totally wrong. This food received was inappropriately packaged and delivered late by 2 hrs. The food received was worst in taste and was smelling. Such a big fraud this restaurant is.

Very poor quality food delivered . I ordered paneer kulcha, Aloo kulcha and Idli but everything was tasteless. Almost no paneer / aloo in kulcha. Food was not warm and seems prepared quite long back . Packing apathetic . Don’t go by name Haldirams. It’s bogus restaurant in DLF prominade. Never try . Prices also higher side but no quality.

As always only 1 wash basin for more then 100 people eating The food was great , the kitchen was clean and staff members were clean and hygienic

The taste was very nice with right amount of salt and spicyness. The waiting time for food to get prepared was 8-9 min. Ample amount of seating is available in the food court. However, if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your meals then this might not be the place you're looking for. The service staff was courteous and prompt in cleaning and sanitising the tables as soon as the seats get vacated.

Tasty and good food

Took 25 minutes to deliver a simple aaloo puri takeaway order during lean time of 3pm, that also after a lot of follow up. They also cheated me by giving 1 portion puri after changing me for 2 portions, since it was a takeaway order, so I would only notice after reaching home! WORST Experience Ever!!

The quality of food was worst, I won’t suggest this restaurant to anyone. Haldiram is a worldwide chain I hope they will improve their food quality.

A good and a quite reputed restaurant, a true enough it lives up to it's name. The food is great with a wide range and a 'Traditional Indian' touch (as they say😁). Just visit once and have a great time.

Hi, I just purchased 2 serve pain puri Papri chat Pav bhaji And Allo tikki Puri r missing I try to call them they didn’t pick my call I spend rs300 for taxi to get the food But mf didn’t pick my phone . Very bad . Trust thieves

Its one of the best place for reasonable vegetarian foods. The sweets are of top quality. The best selling Raj Kachori is the best here.

Their service is pathetic. I ordered for chole bhature and chole rice At the time of order placement they confirmed delivery time within next 5-7 mins. But the service person were busy in some other tasks. They didn’t follow the token order. Took almost 45 minutes to get the delivery. When other customers (like me) started shouting, then they started saying “we’ll return the amount”. Such a pathetic, unsatisfactory, unreliable customer service is not expected. Haldiram should train these persons on soft skill as well as how to handle customer expectations
