It was the most horrible experience ever. Travelled to Almaty and Tashkent. We had a toad trip from Tashkent to Almaty and back to Tashkent. The driver didn't switch on the A/C even after repeated request. Travel Manager Naina Sahni was least bothered and after repeated request she said it's cloudy and 28°C why do you need A/C. Kids has to suffer a lot. Please stay away from these frauds.

I'm not sure how these guys are surviving. Very indifferent attitude to customers. I messaged them for a Europe trip and they gave me a number of some guy to call. When I call up the guy he tells me to call him back after 2 days as he's busy. And all this is before I've paid them. I wonder what'll be there attitude once they get paid. Compare this with any other tour operator who'll be after you once he gets your phone number.

A very comfortable and well planned Uzbek trip in prices which are absolutely affordable. Rather, the prices were a lot lesser than the services we were provided with. Thnkyou Dook Travels & Cheers !

Our International Tour to Turkey was very well planned and organized. Flights, especially the timings to Hotels, Tours & Transfers. The private transfers were exceptionally good. They made note of all the suggestions we gave them and they were all well taken care of. Initially we were in two minds whether to go ahead with the trip to Turkey due to the earthquake situation, however Tourism is on like usual and there is no impact in the popular tourist destinations of Turkey. I booked Dook travels twice Almaty & Baku as well as Uzbekistan recently through Ankit Sharma who is a wonderful person. I rang him up on Sunday some times and recently I rang him at 11.00 pm waking. him up enquiring how much luggage is allowed by indigo from Tashkent. He was very Courteous and r answered my quarry that 23 kg allowed. He is always ready to answer any question and always helpful. I feel because of him only I travelled by Dook twice. I am very happy that Dook travels has such a efficient staff. By his great politeness I mistook him as owner of company. In recent travel people informed me he is manager and not owner. Last year due to covid,my Russia trip got cancelled at dook but without delaying much they refunded my complete money. Haven't travelled with them yet but already the experience is good. Waiting for their new travelling announcements. Akansha was the one who tackled my case. Wishing all the best to Dook international 👍🏻

Due to covid-19, my Russia trip got cancelled at Dook scheduled in May-2020. But even after waiting one and half years they have not refunded my and advance money. No one is taking responsibility to take my case. Dook travel is a Fraud company, once your money got transferred to their account, you should forget your money.

Not a good experience while traveling to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan with Dook Travels. Food was just okay but same repeated daily for lunch and dinner for all 7 days. They try their best to accommodate you in a very budget hotel and eataries. Guide didn't maintain schedule time at all which resulted in seeing some sightseeing places. As flights to and fro from Kyrgyzstan is never on time, even after taking their services, they never adviced us to book connecting flights with time gap. While proceeding to Kyrgyzstan flight was preponed by 90 minutes, so we made it in the very last minute and while back to Delhi flight was delayed by 140 minutes and connecting flight to Bangalore was missed. The staff from Dook Travels never bothered to help us and all 4 in our group had to pay a hefty price to return to Bangalore. In critical time, staff of Dook Travels let us down. Finally a very bad experience.

We had a very nice experience at Bishkek. Every arrangement was in place. The Dook representative at Bishkek Mr Satyapal Singh is a nice host and also his assistant, our driver Cum guide Mr Julfat. They made our trip memorable. However the mood was spoiled by Almaty team. Their representative at Almaty was not at all professional and arrogant also. Of course the guide was not suited for his job. Because of no information we had to suffer a lot while returning from Almaty to Bishkek . It was not the mistake of the company but of the individuals at Almaty. Barring that, Dook is a reliable company and it was our third international trip with Dook. Aero-mad flight is horrible, we had very horrible experience, bcoz of that we missed the connecting flight, lost 15k for that, (this the regular problem with that flight) knowing this Dook (Azeem) guy could have not booked the connecting flight before, many more problems we faced

Our recent family Trip of four adults for Almaty and Uzbekistan was well conducted by Dook Travels. Sightseeing at Bukhara and Samarkand was extensive with good guides. Food was full of variety and included local cuisines as desired by us. Tashkent too was a nice experience with a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. However there is some scope for improvement in the field co ordination and information sharing. Over all a pleasant experience.

Thanks to Dook for arranging another great trip. Mohnish Gohal again showed professionalism in organizing another great trip. The previous trip with Dook was last year to Uzbekistan-Kazhakstan-Kyrgyztan which was very well organized by Mohnish. In fact this trip began with a shocker at the Chennai international airport where the Al Jazeera airlines ground staff were not convinced with the Baku-Tbilisi-Yerevan round trip and warned us that we will have troubles crossing the borders due to the ongoing tensed situation. Mohnish was very confident about the travel plans and assured us a hassle-free border crossing. After convincing Al Jazeera airlines staff with various supporting documents we were able to successfully begin the trip. Suggest people to avoid Al Jazeera as much as possible to avoid such unnecessary hassles. We were promptly picked up at the airports by Ekbar at Baku and Giga at Tbilisi. We hoped they both would be our guides as well but unfortunately they both acted only as drivers who dropped us at various site-seeing places but never gave any explanation about the places even though they spoke good English. They were mostly preoccupied with their phones. There are four entry points from Georgia to Armenia and in spite of reminding Giga to ensure the correct crossing point, he made a blunder and took the route to the wrong entry point to Armenia. This caused unnecessary delay in reaching Armenia. Fortunately the guide at Armenia (Levon) was patiently waiting at the border and we were delayed by three hours. Immigration at Armenia was pretty smooth and Levon was able to quickly cover some of the sightseeing places. The unnecessary delay caused by Giga impacted the sightseeing on the first day as we had to rush before it became dark. Levon was the only tour guide who not only took us to various places but also explained in detail about the various site seeing places and the country as a whole. Food at Azerbaijan and Armenia were great. However, at Georgia it was very mediocre and we were served chicken all the four days in spite of requesting for lamb or beef. While we covered most of the important places at all these three countries, I think it would had been great had Quba at Azerbaijan and symphony of stones at Armenia been included in our itinerary. It wasn’t a packed schedule and we had lot of free time which we spent roaming around the cities on our own. Overall I would say it was an excellent trip. Thanks again to Dook and particularly Mohnish Gohal who from the beginning was very patiently answering all our queries. Looking forward to book the Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Belarus trip next year.
