Well facilitated poly clinic. It helps aged ex servicemen and their families a lot. A very good dispensary, completely online patients management system and it is overall a very modernise poly clinic. But the clerical staff dealing with computers is less educated and they are very slow workers. That is the only thing ctreating problems for sick people and management shall think of either replacing them or giving them rigorous training and fixed accountability.

Army ECHS facility is one of the greatest steps taken ahead for the welfare of defence veterans so as to lead a healthy life. ECHS card is made along with a diary for regular entry and the treatment is very effective due to presence of highly qualified doctors in there who are very kind towards old age people and their families.

Well organised. Can only get treatment on your turn. Digitally gets your turn number. But only gets treatment for basic treatment. No specialised services at ECHS. For all specialist services the doctor refers to Base or other hospitals. Need elaboration of health services under one roof to specialist level from basic.

It was Saturday yet there was no rush and there were several facilities for veteran to make their visit comfortable. Yes it's painful to be be in same que with regular patient for OPD , waiting for atleast 2-3hrs and you get at best Paracetamol and Pantop to eat. We veterans have paid for the ECHS service from our pocket ... not to waste our whole day at Base Hospital

You can never find all the meds. Good luck if you need meds. They used to leave meds in open so that people can take and use amongst each other but now they have started locking it. This needs to be changed asap.

Supply of medicines r less, so those r not affiliated with thisECHS get restricted supply available medicines. Advised to go their concern ECHS.

Is there any emergency facility available in ECHS Delhi Cantt?

Before Appointment of OIC ECHS we need to be selective otherwise person like Col Kataria makes life of senior citizens miserable. He never attends any call and rude with sr citizens. Please appoint someone having good nature.

Lady doctors are rude. They speak very rudely with patients. They should understand they are there for serving people not to threaten them.

Waiting period for taking referal is too long even after writing from specialist from base hospital. I spent 4 hrs for taking referal from ECHS. In the second referal I was given reg no. at about 2:46. But at 4 pm I was told that u came tomorrow. Abhi to sab bandh ho gaya h.

Nobody is there to take the call. It has miles to go to achieve professional standards.
