Full points to the company! I am from Rwanda and came to India for stem cell therapy. First, I would like to say Lyfboat is a great website. I liked the online platform for being interactive and easy to use. Compliments to the company for putting up good amount of details on the website and making it so informative. I am myself very active on the internet and evaluated about 10 medical tourism websites when I was planning my travel. Lyfboat was streets ahead with the design and amount of services detail. Even after arriving in India, the care and quality of services I received were outstanding. I had been researching for over a year trying to find the best place and country to have bilateral knee replacements. I started with one company and for 3 months nothing was happening. So I started sending MRIs and xrays to hospitals in Delhi, India and got a response from Lyfboat. Dr. Surbhi and Dr. Suneet are amazing. Without them guiding me I wouldn't have had such a good outcome. Within 2 weeks they answered all my questions, got my Visa and plane tickets. My daughter was my attendant so she was with me. I arrived on Apr 27th. They picked me up and took me to a nice hotel close to Fortis Hospital. The 29th I checked into hospital then fasted on 30th then surgery on May 1 2019. Dr. Subhash was the surgeon. He used the NAV3 computer to make sure everything was correctly done. Stayed 6 days in hospital then went to another hotel in Delhi. I didnt have to worry about paper work or appointments or where I would be staying. Lyfboat took care of all that. I even hot other things done that I needed and still they helped me. Excellent Customer Service I give Lyfboat its full flowers (5 stars) because I don't know what they could have done better. I encountered the company when I was making inquiries on weightloss surgery on the internet and Dr Suneet literally slid into my chat in 2019. She responded to my enquires adequately but I was unsure of going to India. It seemed like going to the ends of the earth from Lagos, Nigeria. Not trying to imagine why there were so many Indians in Nigeria. It seemed further to me. I abandoned talks and pandemic crept in to my rescue......atleast, so i thought. Our first contact was with Shikha, who was very patient and extremely helpful in organizing Dr’s and hospitals and pricing and ratings for both. She helps us understand the differences between the different cities as well. Once we arrived the Lyfboat team took over and managed every step of our experience, starting with airport pickup at 3am and delivery to our hotel. Our daily support came from Jaspal who was incredible. He picked us up at our hotel the first day and delivered us to the hospital and organized our return transport as well. He offered this service throughout the 10 days we were there at no cost, though we found it more convenient to walk out and find a TukTuk each morning and when returning rather than scheduling times with the drivers. He was invaluable in navigating lines and schedules for appointments and helping us to avoid long waits. He rarely left our side during our hours at the hospital each day. We were really treated as if we were special. The pricing was all exactly as quoted or less and all of the support was included. The only thing we arranged on our own was the hotel, though the Lyfboat team had plenty of good options there as well. I dont like to imagine the stress we would have endured trying to figure out the many things that Jaspal and the team made very easy. We would definitely use Shikha and Jaspal and the rest of the Lyfboat team again and we will be recommending them to anyone who we know is facing a health issue. Dishonest and money oriented organization I was just asking them about the doctors and the hospitals available in UAE that are good for my condition.
