I've been inside this place before, they treat you nice and butter you up and then try sell you overpriced packages. They put a ton of pressure on you to book. It's hard to leave. And just took at their sign. They're pretending to be the Official Govt of India tourism Office, they're not! The real IndiaTourism DELHI office is literally 50m away - please go there, they offer free advice and don't sell anything.

We are at the end of week 1 of our two-week itinerary and we are really enjoying it so far. Our driver Khan is an expert at his job and knows exactly where to take us, and drives around like a pro in this crazy Indian traffic. He told us everything about the 3 items necessary to be a good driver here : the break, the horn and luck 😂 The only slightly down side is the choice of restaurants made by the agency. Very touristy so a bit more pricy than what you can find here, and not very authentic.

Great experience. Wandered in out of curiosity and left with an inexpensive trial driver around Delhi for the day. We liked the experience so much that we booked the same driver (the indomitable Tara ji) to take us to Jaipur, drive us wherever we wanted around Jaipur, and then to the airport after several days. We also had a tour guide included for a couple of days while in Jaipur. Very fair price for a party of 4 for several days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a driver and tour package.

We found the company "accidentally" from a TukTuk driver. The manager gave us a full explanation about the included activities of the package as well as the route of our trips. Very informative and very straight forward. Our driver Sonu was simply amazing. Gave us a very warm welcome and very well informed about every place that we went. We immediately became friends with him and had a lovely time at every trip and every car ride. True proffessional and very good person. Highly recommended.

It's a fake tourism place, rickshaw driver may take you there when you ask them to take to government approved tourism place. Just don't go there or you will loose money. The official one is just 50m away & they don't charge any money.

We decided to go from Delhi to Jodhpur in 8 days with a driver. He reminded us many times about the tips supposing that the agency doesn't pay him for the trip. Then, he left us once we arrived in Johdpur, 2 days before the end of the contract (he was supposed to carry us around and finally to the airport). Moreover, the guide they provided us in Agra was rude and not informed at all. Last, we bought in advance vary entrance tickets from them, discovering only after that the tickets were meant to be cheaper and that they only collected our money, without making any reservation.

Total scam! Kindly avoid. A friendly scammer will find you in CP, and bring you here. Do not trust the sign, they are lying. They will scam you.

We were lucky enough to have Mr Khan drive us from Delhi to Jodhphur over a 2 week period. He was not only our driver but also our guide and advisor - without him our Indian experience would've been so much less. He was generous and thoughtful and we never once doubted his knowledge, skill, punctuality, honesty or good intent. It was a pleasure travelling with him.

Scam alert! They are selling overpriced packages for naive tourists. I got sold a stay on a houseboat for 6 days including flight for 24000 Rupies. After I looked up the prices and they were less than half of what the guy told me! Please avoid and go to the official Tourist Information center of the government, there they will not try to sell you anything.

Scam only!! Never go there!! Told us that everything is sold out and brought us in a very stressful situation to sell us a taxi ride for much more than 4x of the normal price.

They force you to buy their overpriced packages, zero customer service or respect. There are some decent drivers and tour guides working there but the managers are real scams.

Defs a tourist trap, basically they just book things online (we can do it ourselves takes 5 mins) and say oh wow so much work. No agency edge. The package doesn't include anything and they keep on crying about their "struggle". Man come on you ripped us off like 3-4 times the price of what it's actually worth. We have got excellent services during our stay in Jaipur as well as in Agra and Delhi. The driver , guide assigned to us are professionals and very good.

Massively overcharged us for a taxi to the airport. A tuktuk driver said this was the official government tourism office but it's not. Bit of a scam so watch out!

We booked our trip to Rajasthan with car and driver & including heritage hotels with info India tourism,our trip organiser made sure everything goes well through the tour and we are very happy.we will come back India.

These are another scammers. They talk all lies. They won't let you go until you succumb to their scam. Avoid these frauds. They are not government agency. They charge a lot and provide you filthy service.

This is the perfect place if you come to India and are not familiar with the country. The staff will help you with advice about places to visit, and provide packages including transfers, train tickets, hotels, local guides and local experiences. The staff is very friendly, helpful and reliable. While you're on your organized trip, you can always call them for whatever problem you encounter, and they'll be happy to assist you.

Do not use they will scam you. Real one is 100% FREE. No real one will ask for money. Avoid.

- Not worth the price. They will arrange you an overpriced driver that only drives you to the monuments, and leaves you with a guide that you need to pay separately at each place. In the end, the driver expects an additional tip. - They use pressure sales tactics and try to tell you that New Dehli is not safe to explore alone. Not recommended

I went in here with my partner just to get a train ticket, we met John and explained our plan to spend 3 months traveling India, he looked at it and made some recommendations and offered to organize all the travel and some accommodations and activities, tickets etc. I was incredibly wary and suspicious at first, but John was very good, very clear and very professional. Although I am not one to trust anybody at all I began to believe this would be amazing if it wasn’t a scam. But we believed him and did the deal. I thought It was expensive, way more than I intended to spend, but I am now 6 weeks into our trip and I have to say everything has been perfect. Everything he organized has worked perfectly, we have no hassle and no stress about booking anything. John had done it all for us. John has also followed up by contacting us every couple of days to see if we’re ok and if we needed anything. We did arrive at a hotel late at night and they had no record of our booking so we rang John and in 2 minutes he had it sorted. It was the hotels mistake. I am delighted with everything John has done for us, he has become a friend to us we still have 6 more weeks to go in India and I will do another report at the end of our trip. But for now I am so glad I went with John he is our guardian angel on this trip and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone and everyone. Ten out of ten so far. My Mom and I booked a two-week trip here. We visited Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Agra, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Ooty, and Munnar; with drivers, guides, and flights all organized beautifully. The pricing for each element was explained and reasonable. We felt supported every step of the way. Would wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Great experience, Viky is the best driver and guide to deep India. We came from Mexico and found many scams around Delhi until we arrived with the agency and with Viky. They solved everything with really fair prices and great service. I ended up cancelling all my previous reservations and sticking with them. Saw Delhi, Jaipur, Pushkar and much more. Guide took us to many non tourist spots that were bread taking. And he helped us every step of the way. Really recommended. If you come to India, don't trust booking sites there are a lot of scams, go straight to the agency and ask for my man Viky.

Viky is a good driver and helped us alot. The tours provided by the agency were not the best as we spent most of the time in car driving. Was not worth the money we paid. After spending 6hrs in car We only had time to visit a couple of monuments and than back to hotel again.
