I went with my spouse yesterday to celebrate her birthday with my 3 yr old daughter. And by far it was the worst experience we had. Highly not recommended if you are planning a good decent happy relaxing time. Listing the reasons - people were nice, total 5 star courtesy, shows they have hired trained individuals - reception area perfect - as soon as we enter this particular restaurant, it looks lavish but has no ventilation to take out the smell of fish and all the fumes from non-veg live counter. The place was flooded with MOSQITOS. Yes the most shocking part. Twice we mentioned to server if they can put may be something nearby but no avail. The desert counter, which is right next to live counter had MOSQITOS on the food... Literally I have not even seen that in road side dhabas.... We had booked a buffet. When we wanted something, had to raise hand and wait for a waiter to make eye contact. They had zero attentiveness. May be only comparable to a casual dining restaurant, certainly not a fine hotel. When changing plates, they left dirty cutlery on the table. In adequate aur circulation, very less options in food. And the food itself was may be worth 1/4 the price as per quality and taste. There was a private event happening of about 18 people on the other side and from what it appeared everyone was only and only focused on them. Overall a terrible experience. We won't go to this particular restaurant even if we get paid to do it. And highly recommended you going anywhere else if u don't want disappointment in the end of ur meal.

Went for dinner today, the place offers very warm vibes. The staff is so hospitable, special thanks to Amit. He really made my day special by helping me pull out a small birthday surprise for my partner. The price is perfectly fine given the plethora of options at the buffet. There was wide range of Indian, continental, Japanese cuisine.

Del (Roseate House) is a good restaurant with tasty food options. I liked the chick pea salid, Dal Makhni and Pasta. They have many options in desserts and fresh fruits. The staff was very good - Vishal, Bharat & Anand served us very well.

Del at Roseate house has always lived upto its name. Love coming here for their lavish Buffet Lunch. Exceptional food Quality, great hospitality and wide spread of food always brings us back for more. They even have live Sushi and Pasta counter. Mr. Ali, Vishal and Deepanshu made sure that our food experience was amazing. Undoubtedly the best Buffet in town! Keep up the good work 👏

Ambience was fine. Very few options in buffet..Worst food option and quality I hoped I would get a great experience of 5star dinner. So i when reached restaurant,they were no starter at all!!!!.. And I was told starter would be served....and they serve only 6 starters(Inc of both 3 veg and 3 non-veg)... And they have poor type of dinner menu. What a waste of Money! Service was very slow went for buffee. Food was stale and tasteless. Dry Pasta and Dry Corn Rice..

Absolutely loved the experience. The presentation of food, variety, taste, will blow you away. Truly global cuisine buffet, not just limited to Indian cuisine.

Overall the experience was fine, as the ambience was good but the services were sluggish, food was as expected from a 5 star property. No recommendation for any improvements.

Had a late lunch at this restaurant. Buffet was uptil 15:30 so we took the a la carte option and there was just so much to choose from. We were served by Saket who was nice and courteous. He made good recommendations and accommodated our requests. Had some post lunch tea, which turned out to be cardamom instead of the ginger tea we ordered but it was nice so we had it anyway.

They cook salmon roll with smoked salmon. Will never come this restaurant. Horrible service and food quality…. Only ambience is fine.

Del is one of the finest restaurants in Delhi. Located in roseate house, this place has a very luxurious and elegant vibe. The staff was pretty friendly. The food was good too. We decided to choose buffet non veg food there, costed us around 8k. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

I visited DEL- Roseate on May 28 for Dinner buffet service which was charged 3999( incl of taxes) I hoped I would get great experience of 5 star dinner. Vegetarian options were very less. I was told starter would be served, they served 3 indian starters, they are all were pathetic in taste and stale. I got food poising a very next day. All desserts available were with egg, there were hardly 3 desserts out of 15 available which we could have. I took 1+1 buffet so the pain was little less. This is not the first time I went for 5 star buffet. Your management should visit Spectra and K3 once to see what kind of lavish buffet they are providing at same cost. Even Barbeque times in providing far better menu and service than Roseate. It was really wastage of time and money. Would never recommend it to anyone. Thanks

Yesterday on 6th May 2022, had Buffet dinner at Del Restaurant at Roseate House for Parents marriage anniversary. Amazing experience with wonderful spread of Buffet! Good ambience with huge restaurant hall. The best part was A1 service of the restaurant. The restaurant manager (Ali, if I remember the name correctly) with his team of other stewards were the best I have seen in likewise 5 star restaurant in NCR. More than anything else, they made our outing hugely memorable. 10/10 for the experience!!!!

We were here for a family celebration and I have not seen more pathetic service in my entire life in any hotel whatsoever. 1. Had reserved by calling way ahead, when I got there they had no reservation in my name 2. The food took 50 minutes to come 3. It was oily as hell Avoid this place like the plague. I think they just cater to one timers who visit during layovers Such a waste of money, alas

I had been for a lunch to this Restaurant and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to call a waiter to attend to us , even to serve a glass of water . The food served was cold and the service was pathetic, though not much crowd in the Restaurant. We paid and acknowledging their mistake the Restaurant gave us a box of 6 mini pastries which was nothing but pathetic. Regret having made a decision to go to such a Restaurant

I went to Del Restaurant Roseate House on 2nd Feb 2023 as it was mine and my best friend’s Birthday. The quality of Non-Veg and Veg Snacks wasn’t upto the mark. Also, there were limited options available and furthermore the hospitality was pathetic. We took Buffet Dinner by Paying 3500 Rs / Per Person and none of the waiters have asked do you need anything. We have to call them to repeat the appetisers. In the main course - Mutton wasn’t properly cooked even, it was very disheartening to get such a pathetic experience on our special day. After paying hefty bill of 10k (for 3 members) we literally end up spoiling our special occasion. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone! Thanks

I visited Del for a buffet lunch but the options were very less for vegetarians. There were no starters and the food was cold. I ordered for breads the staff took too much time. The pasta on the live station was horrible. The only saving point was the desserts but I think 3500 buffet lunch for just desserts is too much. Better look for coupons , I took a one plus one buffet coupon so the pain was less. Besides the food the ambience is good and peaceful. May be going for a coffee is a better option.

Nice hotel but avoid the lunch buffet (1+1) at all costs. Below average food for the exorbitant price. I’m not exaggerating, trust me. Service was meh and cold. Looks like they reduce the quality for buffets. The live station pasta was worse than what you get at weddings. Definitely seems like they use junior chefs in training for their 1+1 buffets.

Wow conversation with Ms. Sapna while reserving table. Full arrogant and seems doesnt want to provide proper info. Disconnected the call and when i called within a second she picked and said my phone was switched off. Osly didnt book due to this.

Unexpectedly pathetic. No service at all. I kept on asking for small things like water, soft drinks, cleaning table etc. but no one seemed to even care or serve. Not expected this from Roseate at all. Even the food is not that tasty which is by default expected to be from such good restaurants. Stale starters were served. Not recommended at all.

Food taste was good, but the paneer served was a little rubbery and sticky to eat. Tawa chapati was available. Other than that ambience was quite good.

We went for dinner buffet. We got variety of starters, they were lacking in main course gravy. They don’t serve mutton. The service was quite good. If you get deals on some site then the price is okay. Otherwise Marriott is better in same price.
