Visited there on last week of sept . Ambience was decent but not that much good , seating arrangement was decent as there were chairs without cushions and table was also not etiquette . The worst thing as per my experience was chilled stuffing with toasted bread , it was like some unprofessionals are working there . Taste was decent , quantity was good . It's not recommended by my side .

One of the better subway outlets. Veggies are generally fresh. Place has ample seating. Adequately staffed, and Staff is fast, so the time in queue is generally small.

Thought of eating something healthy but In doubt go subway, there salad boWI are just amazingly healthier and tasty. I have tried almost all of them Chiken salad Vegan salad Chicken Tikka salaad Veggi delight salad . And I must say they are not 'kanjoos' while making your sub. (Bowl full of veggies and other ingredients) Ido love their cookies... And for your bigger hunger go for 6 inches and 12 inches.

Came here yesterday for an early supper. Small place. We ordered three veg combos: The aloo patty sub, the Mexican sub and the paneer tikka came. Each came with a cold drink and a cookie. The taste of each was not bad but pretty average. They just put every topping and sauce available in all the three so they all tasted the same. Other than that, the 3 stars for the fact that it was hygienic and the people making subs were willing to take customized orders.

Nice place to have a quick meal. If you consider Sub a meal. Staff is quiet helpful. Breads are fresh aromatic and soft. I have had an issue with all the subway restaurants. I feel cheated when it comes to the quantity of meat they use in the subs. I ordered chicken sub and chicken was lost completely in the greens. Although it tasted yum with chipotle sauce and a dash of crushed pepper.

The taste was fine not that great. The staff had to be a little polite and better with customers. The restaurant itself is good and the air-conditioning is pretty good. Ambience is good and items are good. Taste could be improved a bit. Staff behaviour and manners should definitely improve considering Subway as an international food chain.

When brand say they make their own bread.. i never trusted but this time i saw them actually making it in oven at store live. Being part of health revolution subway is under estimated brand. They can help people end craving at same time keeping health and taste in mind. The option they serve are customised as per India also every sub is different from other. Kind of uniqueness in itself.

Very bad taste i orderd 3 burger for my friends they left half .. If ur company take high price then why u r not maintaing taste and one thing u jst provide paper not tray for food.. Its like rural bhoj pe thonga pack..in taking money ur highstandard come on the way but in return when we expect service u like...

The location is good and placed in Connaught Place. Like all the Subway outlets this one is also small but has seating capacity. The subway sandwiches are good and totally recommended

The staffs are untrained..also, the quantity of veggies they should put in a subway is very less..the basic thing, subway is known for..even after asking for 3 times..they were not willing to put veggies.

My least favorable Subway encounter. Even after telling no several times, the staff insisted on hiring a fresh substitute. We also prepared a substitute dinner, and I discovered later that, although you receive a cookie, it was not included.

I ordered a Chicken slice 12-inch sub meal, a 6-inch Mexican sub and a corn and peas sub meal but I only liked the chicken sub but not the veg subs and their cookie was not good in taste. It's located in Middle Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi. We visited here 3 weeks ago and ordered our 🌭🍔🥗🥘🍲 and our order was served within 10 minute. There's no gathering nor too much waiting for placing an order. All staffs were found obeying proper Covid-19 protocols. Parking of your vehicle is also not an issue here as sufficient spaces are earmarked for that purpose in the close/nearby area.

The serving guy felt novice. Perhaps he wasn't able to handle the pressure. Added tomato sauce when he was specifically instructed not to. Twice, even after giving feedback once. Please don't buy paneer salad, it's super harmful and you loose the benefits of veggies. It's just too spicy. I have very high tolerance for spices but still needed lot of water. Also, please throw away that sugarcane juice, it just sucks.

We are going to first time, and excutive confused to me, and i have to pay much amount instead of less amount even they are not clear about the price.

The staff tries their best to loot you. Ordered foot long BMT and they added eggless mayo instead of cheese and said mozzarella or cheese slice is chargeable which is included on zomato.

Wondering how come have I not tried their outlets before. Being a first timer, I don't know how to customise as they have plethora of options to choose from.

This place is trash and a waste of time. The food was served badly and they didn't adhere to what the customer wants. The sub was cold and I asked for cheese which wasn't in the sub. Also the staff was rude and annoying. Don't recommend this at all. Worst in all of cannaught place

The new staff sells out additional stuff by playing smart. Does not have much knowledge about subway quality and creams. Not recommened

I have visited various Subways but this was by far the most average of all. The preparation was good but the taste was not on par with other subways I have tried and various was out of stock (Subway club sandwich). The atmosphere here is good but the sandwitch is not worth the money spent.

The place is good, clean and has a courteous staff with typical subway delicacies available. However, there is one thing that can be improved that is the strength of the staff in case the number of the customers increase. Usually there is one person behind the veg counter and one behind the non-veg counter but in an event of increased footfall there is no specific order and usually this results in some people waiting, while some forcing their way out to the front without any regard to the order. This tend to spoil the experience for any dine in customer. Rest everything is great, keep up the good work. Thanks

One of my favourite QSR chains and I love having subs wherever I can find them. Just like their usual restaurants, this one is also not too big on indoor space. I went there on an early Saturday morning so hardly found any crowd and fortunately, no waiting time. One strange thing I noticed for the first time in Subway is that they don't have a standard for from which side they prepare the veg and non veg orders. In Ambala store, the nonveg orders are prepared on the right while here in Connaught Place store, my nonveg order was prepared on left. Felt it a bit strange. But the sub was good and tasted delicious, as always.

Subway is the best food chain located globally.

Dirty floors. Dirty tables. There were no trays available to carry food from counter to table. When I enquired, staff's response: "We've ordered trays. They'll arrive soon." 🙄 Bread wasn't anything good either. It tasted stale and was tough to chew. Disgusting place. This was my second consecutive bad experience at a Subway restaurant after one in Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad. Won't be going to Subway again.

We had the subway so many times but this time The taste was good but my husband got sick after eating the subway.

Extremely lousy services and rude and poor staff. Visited twice to see if it was a one time thing. Realised the staff is generally very slow in their services and are utterly mismanaged. Had a lot of customers sitting there complaining about the amount of time they take due to miscoordination. They did not switch on the A/C despite being told number of times. Not that it wasn't working but that they wanted to save bills. They keep running out of ingredients everytime. Had served salads and subs without lettuce and sauces that we needed. What a mockery they make of customers when told to work properly!

Taste wise. It's obviously like a sub. Everything is good but I have had experience of them not generally offering small soft drink cups. They give some reasons like stock is out or something else which I find moreover excuse. But apart from that it does taste great and service is also good.
