Traveling with my friends, we were looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars) The hostel is conveniently located in a vibrant and safe neighborhood, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, which added to the overall convenience. Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars) The hostel had excellent amenities to offer. The common areas were stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing ambiance where we could hang out and socialize with other travelers. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our meals, which was a great money-saving option. The hostel also had a cozy lounge area where we could watch movies or play board games.

It was realy great experience! We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and it was real pleasure for us to enjoy the service there. The hotel is situated very well , evevrything is clean , nice and the reception is very efficient. Maybe a rooms are a little bit small. Special mention for the restaurant. The food was delicious, either breakfast or dinner ( half - board terms). I dream to be back once again and to have a seat after the breakfast in the small terrase close to the swimming pool, with my cup of coffe in the hand, listening to the sounds of the awaking city. Excellent Great location. The staff and service are first class. Send cake to room when mentioned occasion upon check in. Rooms are stylish and light but small and the open plan shower wets the bathroom to much. Breakfast buffet is impressive, vast and fresh. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly regarding early and late check ins extra amenities etc etc, thoughtful touches for special occasions were appreciated. security is good, lovely little pool only downside for me is lack of a day spa/massage service and gym lacks large outside courtyard dining area. I hope they can add a day spa!

Well this hotel is located in cp. Good hotel. This hotel have seven floors.. Cleanliness is good. In room service is fine but was slow in night. Have parking outside the hotel and some cars can be parked inside as well. If you checking inn late night valet parking is not available. Please make sure in this hotel triple occupancy is not allowed. If you booking online and thinking they will allow triple occupancy then please spoke to reception before booking it online. We had too book the another room for this reason. Online rates are cheaper comparing to direct booking rates. They only have Double Bed rooms only in entire hotel and they do not have 2 single bed room options. Staff is very humble and soft spoken. They are maintaining the standards of IHCL Rooms are smaller but they are well maintained.

It's a pleasant hotel. We thought it was 5 star which it may be but in some respects its more like 3 star for uk standards. It has 24 hr security, and manned reception and room service (5 stsr features) great breakfast included. Our rooms were on the small side and our tv didnt work priperly (to be fair i didnt complain as i didnt watch) Very clean, great friendly staff. Overall no complaints. To be honest our family would have been happy with 3 star plus as we just wanted a decent roof but due to being in India/ delhi we went safe with the 5 star Certain things are provided but not used. E.g the hotel has a swimming pool and sun bathing area but due to delhi poor air quality wasnt used by us or many others(not hotels fault) Has a basic gym which i used but always had gym to myself. Hotel has coffee shop and bar area which was lively

Clean and Fresh property. The staff were courteous. The location is best accessed by car; however, if you intend to use public transport then you have to walk at least 10 to 15 minutes to the nearest metro station. Everything else including the breakfast was good. A/C can be a bit noisy

Average Stay, Value for Money is a Concern..!! The rooms and washrooms are very small, but it looks beautiful.. The ambience and decor are good.. Even with a small area they have built it nicely but the room’s area is just too small for it to be a hotel room.. There were few misses by the hotel management during my stay.. I did not like the size of the room and I wanted to upgrade to a bigger room.. I had booked for 3 nights but wanted to extend my stay in a bigger room only after seeing the bigger room.. The hotel management staff was just not able to show me a bigger room during my 3 days stay in the hotel.. They kept saying the same thing for all 3 days “Tomorrow we will show you as today all the rooms are occupied”.. Felt like the management does not take guest’s request seriously.. Another minus point is, outside food is not allowed in the hotel.. how can you expect guests to have all the meals in the hotel restaurant for their entire stay.. People cannot have all meals in an expensive restaurant all the time.. I had to move to a different hotel after 3 nights as they were not able to show me a bigger room for my entire stay of 3 nights and 4 days.. Unexpected attitude and poor management..!!

I had wonderful 3 nights stay at this lovely hotel IHCL. Staffs were so polite, friendly and very attentive. They don’t allow outside food but when my American born kid was not eating anything from inside hotel, the staff understood and cooperated. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect, everything is accessible at walking distance. Connaught place is just 5 minutes walk. Perfect location for visa stamping stay.

The rooms are small, could have been spacious.I got the room with the view of the stadium. Service is great. Food they serve is amazing. Excellent location, easy to get to other parts of the city. Shivaji stadium metro station is very close by.

They demanded my partner pay for the room on arrival, even though it had been prepaid already, meaning we paid double for the room. She challenged the staff on this, but they refused to check properly. Gaslit by this and not knowing whether the room had been paid for, she paid again - perhaps taking advantage of the fact she was a lone woman. Having then been informed over the phone they had taken double payment (if it was a mistake - not sure it was) by my friend who had kindly paid for our stay, the hotel took no steps to refund us. We had to prompt them and then fight for a refund. No apology was made, no offer from the hotel for our severe inconvenience. In these situations, a free round of cocktails or breakfasts or whatever wouldn't have gone amiss, but no offer or apology was made. On checking-out, still trying to chase the hotel for an invoice incase we had to bring this up with the credit card company, a kind of apology came, with an offer from the staff member to put us in touch with hotels later in our stay - we'd already booked onward accommodation and told him, so this was strange, inappropriate and not useful for us. Rooms are small, but nice and clean, everything is overpriced. The pool is tiny, unwelcoming and you are watched by patrons in the restaurant and bar. The bar staff were angry and rude with us when we tried to order drinks at 12am - if you want to close at that time, don't advertise your bar open until 12.30am. Don't stay here, you'll feel cheated in most areas.

Experience here was very much satisfying. I was there on my birthday and was really happy that i choose this over many other options. Staff was very helpful and generous. And ambience too was top notch!

It's a lovely place situated close to the busy and noisy shopping area, but it's cozy and quiet. I had a terrible experience in a previous nearby hotel, so I just escaped from that hell to this hotel. The team of the hotel and reservation department helped me to change the dates of my booking n order not to lost the prepaid staying. I really appreciate your help and hospitality!🙏

I had a wonderful stay at the Connaught. It was beautiful without being decadent. Professional without being snooty. The staff were warm and friendly without crowding us out - especially Shilpa at the front desk who worked to put a child bed in our room when there was a mix-up. After a couple of weeks trekking in the Himalayas and eating chapati and boiled eggs over and over again, it was a really nice change to wake up to their breakfast buffet which had basic but fresh and healthy offerings such as fresh fruit and vegetables. There was enough variety to feel like a treat, but not so much as to cross over to the realm of wasteful and overwhelming. I'd say this hotel strikes a perfect balance and I'd stay again in a heartbeat next time I'm in Delhi.

There's literally nothing I can complain about. Staff were very attentive and they were quick to respond. They have good services as well, little coffee shop downstairs and restaurant. The rooms are tiny but this place has something special about it. The hotel has a great vibe to it. Always feel happy coming here. Don't forgot to ask for a room with this fantastic view. We had a good time looking at the hockey game from here.

One of the best hotel we have stayed in India. Walking distance to Connaught Place and yet quite and discrete. Loved the decor. The reception, bar and the restaurant are spacious and welcoming. However I did find the room small compared to other hotels especially when traveling with 2 large suitcases. Staff were very attentive and they were quick to respond. We had an excellent service from Sandeep in the restaurant on all nights of our stay. Live music in the restaurant at dinner time was great entertainment. We loved it. I will definitely come back here. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very good hotel located in the city center. The staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was tasty, and cocktails in the bar were delicious. You can change money at the reception which helped me, because on public holidays all banks were closed. It was very clean in the room and lobby. If you want to spend several days in Delhi, I can recommend this hotel.

The delicious spread included a variety of options booth international and indian. The half-board arrangement was fantastic. It allowed me to work and explore the city during the day and return to a great dinner at the hotel. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the opportunity to maintain my fitness routine even while traveling. Finally The staff members were very friendly, attentive, and professional. I highly recommend the hotel.And I wish they will recive their fiths star very soon.

First experience of an Indian hotel and it was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and treated us as honoured guests. The hotel, although not large, has the feeling of intimacy and is carefully laid out to give enhance that impression. Dining staff were excellent and helped us through the menu, most of which was unknown to us. The rooms were really comfortable and we had tea making facilities, free WiFi and the bathroom had everything we could require. We had drinks by the small pool and watched monkeys in the trees. The location was ideal to go for a short walk, especially after long flights, but beware of locals wanting to talk and who really want to guide you to a couple of local tourist shops. All in all, this was a great hotel in which to commence our tour of the Golden Triangle.

This was a spontaneous staycation plan and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were neat and good service on their part. We loved the pool experience as there are 3 pools and the one we went to wasn't crowded and could spend some quality family pool time. We had booked the beach-facing rooms and it was well worth it! We could enjoy the bliss of being near the beach right from our balcony or you can even walk down to the beach. The sumptuous and delicious complementary breakfast was definitely a highlight. Awesome location it can't get better if you want to stay in the heart of city! Price: Crazy at almost 20K/night, that too without bfast. Room: Small tiny room! For the price i paid, i expected a bIgger room. But it seemed like a beautifully decorated doll house. More importantly, it has a fire alarm which kept blinking the whole night..very scary experience. It was too late in the night when i realized this and ask them to do something about it. Overall, very scary experience Service: They gave me complimentary bfast, but it was bad. The parathas were half cooked. The staff was polite.

It is a hell hole, rooms are dingy and small. Staff at the entrance dont care. There is no space to keep ur things. Worst no space to sit and work. There is only one seat and that is moth infected. It is a complete waste of money. Cant believe this has taj brand attached to it.

TAJ doesn’t need any explanation for the quality and service. Very conveniently located place in Connaught place, next to Shivaji Stadium bus station. More importantly, this is a pet friendly hotel. They have a separate place for the pets...

Good experience except few points mentioned below Good points: - location is bang on, you can walk around and do shipping. - Breakfast spread was really good. Scope of improvement: - Rooms are well decorated, but are not spacious. - Swimming pool is not up to the mark. Its more like a big bath tub 😀 they should provide this facility, maybe rooftop one.

We stayed 1 week in this hotel during March’2022 with our 1 year old kid, the overall stay was excellent. The location is center of the New Delhi where you can reach most the major places, Like VFS, Embassy, Airport and etc. Breakfast food was good with major variety including North and South foods. Excellent room service and Customer support.!!! Our special thanks to Mr. Hemant Dabas (Manager) who made our stay comfortable and he is very friendly to approaches for any support during stay…!! I give more than 5 start overall. 😊 😊

We booked two rooms at the Connaught for 3 nights in Delhi. Everything was fantastic! The reception, room keeping, staff and security services were exceptional. We were treated very well during our stay and were greeted warmly every time. Location: It’s also very close to Connaught Place and Rajiv Chowk metro station. Although it’s in a bustling part of Delhi, the hotel is located off to to side which makes it a quiet place to stay. There are plenty of rickshaws around the side of the hotel making it even more convenient for those who don’t want to walk to Connaught Place. Rooms: We booked two rooms for 3 people. The rooms were well sized with enough storage for 2-3 suitcases to comfortably fit. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues with noise. Loved it and will definitely go back!

Place was good but the rooms were little smaller. The view what we got from our room was the hockey stadium. We had an opportunity to see one tournament during our stay there.

Good place next to shivaji stadium. View to watch live matches. Cafeteria is good to have meetings. Either is quite hot temp in June so can't enjoy outside pool side. Food quality is good. Good place to have meeting or to stay with family

In the heart of Delhi, this Taj group property is a delight. With mixed western look, it gives a different (good) vibes. List of drink and food was good. We has a group gathering and we all absolutely enjoyed the time.

Standard rooms are small in size. I would have preferred stadium view room. Breakfast is too good. All the toiletries are provided. Rooms are not sound proof. You can always hear noises from somewhere or the other. Decent stay facilities are 5 star but comfort stay levels are not really great

Amzing Stay. Hotel cleanliness was very good. They are following all COVID protocol like temperature check, language sanitization etc. Rooms although small but super clean, very well done and all the amenities were in place. Bathrooms were super clean. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene they have maintained because during this COVID pandemic it is our topmost priority. Room had a very good view and good sunlight. It is located in one of the prime location, nearby markets and places to visit are at walkable distance. Complimentary Breakfast had a lot of things to offer. It has all the types of cuisine one is looking for. Staff are soft spoken, helping and understanding. Only one thing that can be improved is room in which I have stayed the jet spray was at the left side. Overall Stay was comfortable. Friendly staff and great service. The room was not spacious enough for 3 people but, had all the facilities and the staff was always available for support. Very good facilities and neatly maintained.

IHCL at it's finest! Great hospitality, classic retro interiors, scrumptious breakfast (with fresh from the honeycomb honey!!!) and luxury. A must stay for a quick getaway or even a business visit!

Overall good stay. Staff were friendly and strictly follows covid protocols. The Shivaji Stadium view was awesome.

Food was great. Location was awesome. But the bed size was not enough for 3 of us. When asked for extra bedding for 9 year old child it was told that it will be provided on extra cost. This should be mention before at the time of booking that bed is only for 2 people and bedding for child will be provided on extra cost. Before check in here we were in Agra and that hotel provided bedding for child with out any additional charge as we had booked room for 3 (not 2) like we did here.

Attended a grand party in its pool side garden. Pool was so beautifully decorated and so was the decoration of the party venue. A clean and cozy hotel with hospitable staff. Valet parking was available. Good food and good service. A nice place to host a respectable party or get together.

Hotel is very good. Staff is polite and always take guest request on priority. Checkin was smooth. Location is excellent. Food is tasty. I would like to thanks Mr Somdutt for providing my favourit dishes to me which was not in menu.

When we checked in room bathroom wasn't clean . There was already a used garbage in dustbin. Front office team is has quite a laid back attitude to towards service, when compared to reputation of taj group/ IHCL .

Visited The Hub for dinner and must say was attended very well by Mr Lovely and moreover the christmas decoration was done very beautifully

And the Gym is well-supplied allowing great workouts.

Had an extremely pleasant stay. Great service and hospitality. Good food. Had lots of options in complimentary breakfast for both indian and continental food. We arrived much earlier than the scheduled check in time but was provided the room immediately. Even checkout time was extended for 2 more hours. Extremely thankful for the same. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful experience and value for money. The courteous behaviour of all the staff is highly appreciated.

Very modern and clean hotel with the most attentive and helpful staff. Rooms are light and airy with air conditioning and the most comfortable beds. Everything is super comfortable and clean. The food is lovely and room service was fast. Location is also perfect.

The hotel is nice, centrally located, just 10 mins walking to CP. The service is really good. They took care of most of the requests on time, though there were few misses at times. I am grateful to the staff for assisting me with things. The only concern is that the rooms are extremely small, not meant for two people or a longer stay, there are no cupboards to keep clothes or an iron board etc. So, the hotel is really nice for a short business trip. Overall good experience with their services . The room offered was good and check in was pretty smooth. Food on the other hand was good as expected from business hotel and many varieties were offered. The swimming pool was just for the look and it was pretty small for usage. Apart from that housekeeping was taken care of and fulfilled my requests. Located in the tech area , pretty close to MNCs and corporates . The arrangement for drivers is responsive .

We had a great time at the Connaught (2 nights). The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The whole experience was so nice. The front desk officers as well the security staffs are so kind and gentle, especially the staff named Asha sohish ,who welcomed us a with a smile.we felt like we should appoint genuine and welcoming staffs like her ,so that it will encourage more people to visit again.

Top class hotel and a brilliant/seamless service by the staff. All my requests were taken care of promptly. Room size is small but the interiors are done with a classy vintage finish and beautiful color combination. Special mention to Ayesha at the front desk, I had requested for a smoking room during check-in and she made sure that the ashtray and Matchbox reached the room before I entered. Also, they were flexible with early check-in and late check-out. It's always the small gestures like these and attention to detail that actually makes a huge difference. The place is highly recommended.

Nice hotel? Clean and comfortable. Some of the staff seem not to care for Americans but for the most part they are pleasant. Robin at the front desk and Somdutt in the dining area is extremely pleasant and helpful.
