This opened recently, close to our house in Prasad Nagar. About 2 miles away and a 15 minute drive on the super congested Pusa Road. The restaurant follows the typical Haldiram format. You order at the counter, get a receipt, go to the counter, wait to be served and mosey over to an available sitting spot with your food. I had gone there to get a Valentine cake for my mother and was not disappointed with the choices for eggless cakes and strict vegetarians like me. Great place with great food with lousy service. Guess two out of three ain't that bad!

Awful service. Asked the sales assistant if he had a minute to discuss the sweets, and he bluntly said no. What is this standard?

Indian sweet stores, chain of Indian restaurant with International presence........Kiosk with packed sweets etc....carry packaged goodies if u want to present some to dear ones abroad when u couldn't while in the city....

Haldiram Shop is located at Domestic Departure, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, 110037. There are various types of sweets and brunch are available here in reasonable price. The staff are supportive. The items are very good in taste.

The staff at haldiram’s stall at airport was extremely disrespectful and rude to some people. A customer asked for price of an item and the staff replied very rudely that everything is already written on the box.

Forgot to buy sweets for home, found the perfect place to buy while in transit.

Good choice of sweets for last minute shopping. I had purchased something from the small counter towards gates 1-17 on 05 Jan 22. The lady had accidentally returned less change and I left without noticing it, but she came running to return the amount with Bill. Appreciate the honesty of the staff and build a good reputation for the brand. Well done!

Good atmosphere, cleaning is good but service is delay and little bit crowded.sitting arrangement is not sufficient as per persons. Food is good

This is with regards to a poor customer service and attitude given by the store assistant at Delhi airport domestic departure area. The guy is not presentable and has questionable hygiene. Saw him screwing his nose and playing with his fingers all over. When I paid for some sweets he returned the change by throwing the cash at us. He didn’t apologize or cared for his behavior.

Ordered the must have Raj kachauri there along with bottled cold coffee. Both were great. The place is spacious and staff were cordial

A good place to buy some sweets for the family and friends. If you forgot to buy some sweets on your return, this is a place where you can have a variety of sweets including traditional sweets from different parts of the country. The tastes may differ a bit from that of original. May be due to the preservatives or the large scale making process. But this is better than any other option and I used to visit here whenever I pass through T3

For namkeen this is the best shop in Delhi airport to bring for your kids, loved ones, family, parents and/or friends.

Haldiram is great , mostly all things are available for your appetite, price is also reasonable, but sometimes u have to wait... for your order
