New corporate office of IRCTC Located in M block, just opposite to gopal das building.

I visit this office two time, But not response proper. Staff is very bad at ernakulam Junction and Town. My ticket not print. I don't believe that's type of staff in Indian railway.

Beware of such fake agencies. There are a lot of travel agents in and around this area in New Delhi who present themselves as 'Government's Tourism Department'. They even put misleading signboards on their shops. Many tourists who are unaware of such practices are daily being trapped by such agencies.

IRCTC is planning to monetise our ticketing history, contact details, addresses etc. Complete violation of data privacy.

worst experience with irctc...i have to cancel my waitlist ticket because of no chance of confirmation so i can book another but they charged 60+gst per passenger...i can understand ticket booking is not free but this is so much if i am booking for 6 passengers...you should not charge more than 20+gst....you are working like you want profit from cancellation charges....this is very negative business...
