Friends don’t go by the ratings. Hotel Room was unclean, Service was horrible. My package included buffet dinner for Family but they served Veg Thali that too after when i asked where buffet is arranged. Morning breakfast was served at 9:30 am after multiple followups. Apart from accommodations, they provide catering service to surround hotels and hence staff is busy in moving food all the time. Avoid booking here if you are travelling with your family.

Very bad experience in this Hotel. Room was not clean, very congested, heater was not worked, Bed sheets was not proper. Staff behavior is very poor, arrogant, and not respectful. About our dinner, I don't know what is the agreement between My Fair Holidays and Hotel, When I went to buffet table, food serving person stopped us to take food, and said your dinner is not included. Then we put plates and return to room. It was a very big insult of my family front of 20 peoples. This is not a proper process, first they have to allow to take dinner and after dinner they have to discuss about it. But after discussion of food serving person with manager, they insulted us and return us from buffet table. So I will not recommend to any person to book this type of hotel.

Service is superbly bad and rooms stink, when we turn on the AC it stinks and the AC are window ac. We took 3 rooms and each one of them had a defect. Water are bad and flush don't work. this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Lock of the room doesn't work

this was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed, first of all there was no standard, we are on a family trip and 3 rooms were booked, each room ha a defect for eg: somewhere the flush isn't working, somewhere the cupboards are eaten up by termites, and in one room the water is dirty. 2nd the breakfast wasn't good either, and there were people sleeping on the floors of the hotel corridor. One of my worst experiences personally

Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms within a good location. Walking distance to shopping area and eateries. However should you be too tired to go out, there's room service available with a rather extensive menu and more importantly delicious food. Breakfast was also good and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again should I be in N. Delhi again.

Although this was the only "budget" hotel I was able to get and compared to its price the rooms were nice; But their service was really bad. I sayyed for approximately 4/5 nights and within my stay the washroom flush was broken. I wasn't able to use my rooms washroom even a single day, and they repaired it on the last day. It was such and embarrassment. They also didn't reduced my final bill even though after listening to the issues I faced. Would not recommend this hotel

No breakfast served until 8:15 am had to miss all inspite of paying for the breakfast plan . Bad service . Would not recommend.

Great place to stay in New Delhi. It is the best accomadation here, away from all the hustle bustle. It is a beautiful property with the best hospitality, the food is scrumptious and the care takers and the owners are extremely warm. We’ve stayed here first time and it’s always been a delight.. highly recommended. Had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great location and the staff is really very cooperative! Would really recommend you a stay here.

Le heritage hotel staff did not give us room on arrival in spite of confirming in advance. After arguing they gave us room but the rooms were of very poor quality. Food was horrible. Specially the roti which they served were fit for dogs. All in all a very poor hotel experience

Rooms are not shown as in their ads..we were given the worst room when we went to stay there very first night....The next day when we decided to check out, they showed us some other rooms which are comparatively little better than previous rooms.. Bulidings, furnitures seems quite older..

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and thats it. These hotel bathroom are stinks, I called reception to clean it. They told it's cleaned, but still it stinks. The service and response is very poor. It's very old hotel and rooms are bad and dirty. I don't think they will clean it properly. Even food they will bring it from outside. Corridor are smelling and not clean. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

the hotel was situated near some great restaurants and street food. The staff could are more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They organized all my trips out to the Taj, red fort etc. Adhikari was always on hand to help and with a very infectious smile. All the Electrical equipment in the room was working perfectly, including T.V, Fridge and AC. The Staff was great and accommodating, they tried to help wherever they could with a smile on their face. They were quick to help us out on any of our requests.

This beautiful hotel is located within close proximity of BLK-MAX super speciality hospital. You can actually walk from the hotel to BLK-MAX in less than five (5) minutes. The rooms are spacious and very nice and clean. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful whenever called upon to help. The hotel is also very quiet, no noise whatsoever which is quite ambient for people who have come for treatment. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Delhi, moreso the ones who intend to seek treatment at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital.

Terrible hotel. Flush don't work in toilet, despite multiple complaints they won't listen. Lights not working in room Television not working, and when complained about it instead of acknowledging it, they guy was arrogant enough to completely deny his fault and said television is working. I asked for room cleaning in morning, " we will do in evening" was the reply While checking out Instead of accepting his fault they started arguing. Check in at your own risk, very terrible people and service

The rooms are good but not worth the price charged for the stay. Services provided are not good. Rooms were also good but highly rated. Faced delay in room services. So if you don't get rooms in any other hotel then this can be your last option.
