What was supposed to be a quick look at Ayesha Chawla Fine Jewels ended up in spending hours with Ayeshna ( Boutique Owner) and Priya (Manager), in their amazing shop! Their jewels are refined, stylish and quite unique ! Too many temptations... little time to decide, but they are extremely patient and friendly, and mostly trustworthy. They are also very quick to respond to short-time requests and understand the needs of travelers! As promised, a customized piece was delivered on time. Ayeshna Chawla went above and beyond what my husband and I expected of a jeweler! She helped us with what we suspected was a fraudulent sale by looking at the gemstone we purchased from another retailer, and even helped us report this to our credit card merchant. She spoke on our behalf, knowing that my husband and I were pretty upset about it. We were leaving New Delhi in 6 hours and she made my husband a custom yellow sapphire ring. During the production, she kept us abreast of the progress. When the ring was done, it was beautiful! Ayeshna delivered on her promise.
